Claims (15)
- 서열번호 1의 아미노산 서열로 이루어진 과당-6-인산-3-에피머화 효소(fructose-6-phosphate-3-epimerase).
- 제1항의 과당-6-인산-3-에피머화 효소를 암호화하는 핵산.
- 제2항의 핵산을 포함하는 형질전환체.
- 제1항의 과당-6-인산-3-에피머화 효소, 이를 발현하는 미생물 또는 상기 미생물의 배양물을 포함하는 알룰로스(allulose) 생산용 조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 알룰로스-6-인산 탈인산화 효소(allulose-6-phosphate phosphatase), 이를 발현하는 미생물 또는 상기 미생물의 배양물을 추가적으로 포함하는, 알룰로스 생산용 조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 알룰로스 생산용 조성물은,(a) (i) 전분, 말토덱스트린, 수크로스 또는 이의 조합; (ii) 포스페이트 (phosphate); (iii) 알룰로스-6-인산 탈인산화 효소; (iv) 포도당-6-인산-이성화효소; (v) 포스포글루코무타아제 또는 포도당 인산화 효소; 및 (vi) α-글루카노포스포릴라아제, 전분 포스포릴라아제, 말토덱스트린 포스포릴라아제, 수크로오스 포스포릴라아제, α-아밀라아제, 풀루란아제, 이소아밀라아제, 글루코아밀라아제 또는 수크라아제; 또는(b) 상기 항목 (a)의 효소를 발현하는 미생물 또는 상기 미생물의 배양물을 추가적으로 포함하는, 알룰로스 생산용 조성물.
- 과당-6-인산(fructose-6-phosphate)에 서열번호 1의 아미노산 서열로 이루어진 과당-6-인산-3-에피머화 효소, 이를 발현하는 미생물 또는 상기 미생물의 배양물을 접촉시켜 과당-6-인산을 알룰로스-6-인산(allulose-6-phosphate)으로 전환하는 단계를 포함하는 알룰로스 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 방법은 상기 과당-6-인산을 알룰로스-6-인산으로 전환하는 단계 이후, 알룰로스-6-인산에 알룰로스-6-인산 탈인산화효소, 이를 발현하는 미생물 또는 상기 미생물의 배양물을 접촉시켜, 상기 알룰로스-6-인산을 알룰로스로 전환하는 단계를 추가적으로 포함하는, 알룰로스 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 방법은 상기 과당-6-인산을 알룰로스-6-인산으로 전환하는 단계 이전, 포도당-6-인산(glucose-6-phosphate)에 포도당-6-인산-이성화효소, 이를 발현하는 미생물 또는 상기 미생물의 배양물을 접촉시켜, 상기 포도당-6-인산을 과당-6-인산으로 전환하는 단계를 추가적으로 포함하는, 알룰로스 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 방법은 상기 포도당-6-인산을 과당-6-인산으로 전환하는 단계 이전, 포도당-1-인산(glucose-1-phosphate)에 포스포글루코무타아제, 이를 발현하는 미생물 또는 상기 미생물의 배양물을 접촉시켜, 상기 포도당-1-인산을 포도당-6-인산으로 전환하는 단계를 추가적으로 포함하는, 알룰로스 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 방법은 상기 포도당-6-인산을 과당-6-인산으로 전환하는 단계 이전, 포도당(glucose)에 포도당 인산화 효소, 이를 발현하는 미생물 또는 상기 미생물의 배양물, 및 포스페이트를 접촉시켜, 상기 포도당을 포도당-6-인산으로 전환하는 단계를 추가적으로 포함하는, 알룰로스 제조방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 방법은 상기 포도당-1-인산을 포도당-6-인산으로 전환하는 단계 이전, 전분, 말토덱스트린, 수크로스 또는 이의 조합에 α-글루카노포스포릴라아제, 전분 포스포릴라아제, 말토덱스트린 포스포릴라아제 또는 수크로오스 포스포릴라아제; 이를 발현하는 미생물; 또는 상기 미생물의 배양물, 및 포스페이트를 접촉시켜, 상기 전분, 말토덱스트린, 수크로스 또는 이의 조합을 포도당-1-인산으로 전환하는 단계를 추가적으로 포함하는, 알룰로스 제조방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 방법은 상기 포도당을 포도당-6-인산으로 전환하는 단계 이전, 전분, 말토덱스트린, 수크로스 또는 이의 조합에 α-아밀라아제, 풀루란아제, 글루코아밀라아제, 수크라아제 또는 이소아밀라아제; 이를 발현하는 미생물; 또는 상기 미생물의 배양물을 접촉시켜, 상기 전분, 말토덱스트린, 수크로스 또는 이의 조합을 포도당으로 전환하는 단계를 추가적으로 포함하는, 알룰로스 제조방법.
- 제7항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 접촉은 pH 5.0 내지 10.0, 온도 50℃ 내지 90℃, 및/또는 1분 내지 24시간 동안 실시하는, 알룰로스 제조방법.
- 전분, 말토덱스트린, 수크로스 또는 이의 조합, 및 포스페이트에 (a) 알룰로스-6-인산 탈인산화 효소; 서열번호 1의 아미노산 서열로 이루어진 과당-6-인산-3-에피머화 효소; 포도당-6-인산-이성화효소; 포스포글루코무타아제 또는 포도당 인산화 효소; 및 α-글루칸 포스포릴라아제, 전분 포스포릴라아제, 말토덱스트린 포스포릴라아제, 수크로오스 포스포릴라아제, α-아밀라아제, 풀루란아제, 이소아밀라아제, 글루코아밀라아제 또는 수크라아제; 또는 (b) 상기 항목 (a)의 효소를 발현하는 미생물 또는 상기 미생물의 배양물을 접촉시키는 단계를 포함하는, 알룰로스 제조방법.
