- a refrigerator is a home appliance that can store an object such as food at a low temperature in a storage compartment provided in a cabinet.
- the storage compartment is surrounded by a heat insulating wall so that the interior of the storage compartment is maintained at a temperature lower than an external temperature.
- the storage compartment may be called a refrigerator compartment or a freezer compartment.
- the user opens and closes the storage compartment through the door.
- the user opens the door to put the object in or out of the storage compartment.
- the door is rotatably provided in a cabinet, and a gasket is provided between the door and the cabinet. Therefore, in the state in which the door is closed, the gasket is in close contact between the door and the cabinet to prevent leakage of cold air in the storage compartment. As the adhesion of the gasket is increased, the cold air leakage prevention effect may be increased.
- the gasket may be formed of a rubber magnet, and a magnet may be provided inside the gasket.
- a magnet may be provided inside the gasket.
- the auto closing function means a function of automatically closing the door of the refrigerator when the door of the refrigerator is slightly opened by using the adhesive force of the gasket, the magnetic force and the elastic force by the spring.
- the auto closing function means a function of preventing the door of the refrigerator from opening by itself even when the refrigerator is slightly inclined forward.
- the user may need a force of 6kgf to open the door of the refrigerator.

- the multi-stage rack 100 may be provided to allow relative withdrawal of the second rack.
- the first rack does not move and the second rack is slid from the first rack so that only the second rack may be withdrawn.
- the length of the multi-stage rack 100 is reduced by the relative withdrawal of the second rack 160.
- the relative withdrawal distance of the second rack is relatively smaller than the relative withdrawal distance of the first rack. Therefore, the size of decreasing the maximum length of the multi-stage rack by the relative withdrawal of the second rack is small. Nevertheless, the relative withdrawal allowance of the second rack is very effective for stable gear engagement. This will be described later.
- the multi-stage rack 100 is the relative withdrawal of the first rack 150, the simultaneous withdrawal of the first rack 150, the relative withdrawal of the second rack by the one-way rotation of the reduction gear 200, and the Simultaneous withdrawal of the first rack may be provided to be performed sequentially. Since it is not shown in FIGS. 5 and 6 for the first through and the second through, it will be described later.
- the guide member 180 is provided to elevate the third transfer member 170. As the third transfer member 170 is moved together with the second rack 160, the third transfer member 170 rises along the fixed guide member 180. On the contrary, when it is moved, it descends.
- an inclined surface 172 inclined upward in the drawing direction may be formed at the front end of the third transfer member 170.
- the inclined surface 182 which is inclined upward in the drawing direction may be formed at the rear end of the guide member 180.
- the inclined surface 172 of the third transfer member may rise on the inclined surface 182 of the guide member 180.
- the third transfer member rises to protrude upward through the first through portion.
- the protrusion 171 of the third transfer member protrudes through the first through portion 167.
- the third transfer member may be provided to push the rear end of the first rack 150. Therefore, the first rack and the second rack are connected to each other in the drawing direction of the second rack 160 by the raised third transfer member 170.
- a stopper 173 may be formed on the third transfer member 170.
- the stopper 173 may be provided to contact the periphery of the first through part. Therefore, when the third transfer member 170 is raised, the stopper 173 is also raised to come into contact with the circumference of the first through part 167. Thus, no further rise of the third transfer member is prevented. Of course, the stopper can be prevented from being separated through the first through part through the stopper.
- the other end of the guide member 180 performs a stopper function so as to be engaged with the rack cover 148. That is, the first rack may be prevented from being moved by the other end of the guide member 180 in the direction in which the second rack is further retracted with respect to the second rack.
- the reduction gear 200 may rotate by driving the motor in a state in which the multi-stage rack 100 is finally drawn in (initial position or initial state). For example, withdrawal of the multi-stage rack 100 may be started by counterclockwise rotation of the reduction gear 200.
- the first transfer member 120 is in a raised state
- the second transfer member 130 is in a lowered state
- the third transfer member 170 is in a lowered state.
- the second transfer member 130 is lowered and inserted into the second through portion 168.
- End or bottom of the second transfer member 130 is formed to be inclined upward in the extraction direction. Therefore, the second transfer member may be easily lifted due to the inclined surface to escape the second through part.
- the first transfer member 120 When the first rack is drawn out to a certain length, as shown in FIG. 8, the first transfer member 120 operates to connect the first rack and the second rack. That is, the first transfer member 120 is lowered to be inserted into the second through portion 168 is caught.
- the shape of the end or the bottom of the first transfer member 120 is opposite to the shape of the second transfer member. That is, it is formed to be inclined downward in the drawing direction. Therefore, when the first rack 150 is drawn out, the vertical surface of the first transfer member 120 is caught by the second through part 168. Through this, the first rack and the second rack are connected in the drawing direction.
- the relative withdrawal of the second rack may be referred to as a section in which the force applied to the door is cut through the multi-stage rack. That is, the force applied to the door is cut off during the time period in which one to three of the reduction gears rotate. This may be referred to as disconnection time or disconnection interval. This means that no force is applied to the first rack 150 in the disconnection time or the disconnection period. If a force is applied to the first rack in the predetermined section, a large load may be applied to the end of the first rack. This may damage the reduction gear and the rack gear of the first rack (especially the rack gear at the distal end).
- the reduction gear meshes with the rack gear 165 of the second rack to draw out the second rack.
- the raised third transfer member is connected to the distal portion of the first rack. Therefore, the second rack pushes the first rack so that both are drawn out together. Simultaneous withdrawal of this first rack is performed up to the final withdrawal of the multi-stage rack.
- the length of the multi-stage rack may be maximum in the final drawn out state of the multi-stage rack.
- the movement of the multi-stage rack is stopped after the multi-stage rack is finally drawn out.
- the motor drives the reduction gear to rotate in the reverse direction, for example clockwise, to introduce the multi-stage rack.
- the reduction gear engages with the rack gear 165 of the second rack 160 to introduce the second rack. Since the force applied to the first rack has been removed, the first rack is drawn together along the second rack. In other words, simultaneous retraction of the first rack is performed.
- the first transfer member 120 rises, and the second transfer member 130 descends.
- the lowered second transfer member 130 is caught by the second through portion 168. Therefore, as the first rack is retracted, the second transfer member 130 retracts the second rack. In other words, simultaneous retraction of the first rack is performed.
- Simultaneous entry of the first rack may have a minimum length of a multi-stage rack.
- the multi-stage rack is further retracted with the minimum length to be in the final retracted state as shown in FIG.
- FIG. 14 a multi-stage rack 300 according to another embodiment of the present invention will be described.
- the multistage rack 300 in this embodiment is basically similar to the multistage rack 100 described above. However, the biggest difference is that the above-mentioned second transfer member 130 is omitted.
- the second transfer member 130 may be referred to as a configuration that allows the simultaneous introduction of the first rack by connecting the first rack and the second rack when the multi-stage rack is drawn. In this embodiment, the second transfer member 130 is omitted.
- the function of the second transfer member 130 may be performed through the rack cover 358.
- a protruding surface 359 may be formed at the rear end of the rack cover 358.
- the protruding surface 359 may be provided to contact the front surface 361 of the second rack 360. Therefore, as the first rack 350 is retracted, the protruding surface 359 and the front end surface 361 are connected to allow the first rack to retract the second rack. Therefore, simultaneous retraction of the first rack can be performed.
- the detailed structure of the first rack 350 has been changed due to the omission of the second transfer member 130, and the shape of the first transfer member 330 may be changed.
- the mounting slot 355 may be formed in a different shape in order to mount the first transfer member 330.
- the rack gear 357 is formed in the first rack 350, the sliding support structure between the first rack and the second rack can be said to be much the same.
- the shape of the second rack 360 may also be changed, but the basic mechanism may be the same.
- the guide member 380 is also provided in the same or similar manner, the shape of the third transfer member 370 may be changed.
- the multi-stage rack is driven through a single reduction gear or connecting gear.
- the multi-stage rack includes a first rack and a second rack, and these racks may be positioned up and down.
- Each rack may be formed with a rack gear.
- the reduction gear may be formed to correspond to both the upper and lower rack gears. That is, it is preferable that the gear is formed in the gear reduction gear at a height that can be engaged with the upper and lower rack gears simultaneously.
