该用户在编辑该无纸支付文件的该支付方案时,该税务中心根据在该支 付方案时所设置的支付目的和支付额度,提示该用户应该缴纳的税款。该用户将应该缴纳的税款也设置于该支付方案。该生成中心根据该支付方案生成该无纸支付文件。当该无纸支付文件被用于支付时,该支付中心根据所设置的缴纳的税款进行缴税。若该无纸支付文件没有设置缴税,则该税务中心判断使用该无纸支付文件支付是否符合缴税的税务规则。若符合,则该税务中心根据该税务规则在该无纸支付文件被使用时同时支付对应的应缴纳的税款。
本发明无纸支付系统的该账务管理模块,根据该支付情况回执分别向该支付方的身份识别号和该接收方的身份识别号记录支付情况,按照财务规定进入各自的财务科目。该账务管理模块可根据会计的需求对用户的收支情况进行处理,以实现会计职能。

根据本发明的权利要求和说明书所公开的内容,本发明的技术方案具体如下文所述。图1所示的是本发明无纸支付系统的一优选实施例的结构框图。本发明无纸支付系统包括一生成中心10和一支付中心20。该生成中心10通信地连接该支付中心20。该生成中心10供预设至少一支付方案31,然后根据预先设置该支付方案31生成一无纸支付文件30,以使得该无纸支付文件30用于支付。当该无纸支付文件30用于支付时,该支付中心20获取该 无纸支付文件30的预设的该支付方案31,然后该支付中心20对该无纸支付文件30的预设的该支付方案31进行验证。若该无纸支付文件30的预设的该支付方案31通过验证,则该支付中心20进行支付。该无纸支付文件30可被应用于智能终端,如电脑、笔记本电脑、智能手机、智能手表、智能眼镜或智能手环等。该无纸支付文件30通过通信网络被发送至智能终端,以通过智能终端使用该无纸支付文件30。
该生成中心10进一步包括一支付方案设置单元11和一生成单元12。该支付方案设置单元11通信地连接该生成单元12。该支付方案设置单元11设置该支付方案31。该支付方案31包括预设支付额度、预设支付目的、预设支付时间、预设支付地点、预设支付者、预设接收者和预设支付终端等。预设支付额度是指该无纸支付文件30提供的支付额度。预设支付目的是指预设支付额度的支付用途,如购物、支付房租或押金等。若预设支付目的被编辑,则使用该无纸支付文件30进行支付时,该支付中心20验证所述预设支付目的是否与当前支付目的匹配。若所述预设支付目的与当前支付目的不一致,则该支付中心20拒绝使用该无纸支付文件30进行支付。预设支付时间是指该无纸支付文件30只能在预设的时间点或时间段进行支付。不在预设支付时间内,该无纸支付文件30不能用于支付。所述预设支付地点是指使用该无纸支付文件30的地点或区域。若支付发生在预设支付地点之外,该无纸支付文件30则无法被用于支付。预设支付者是指使用该无纸支付文件30进行支付的人。当该无纸支付文件30进行支付时,该支付中心20验证当前支付者是否为预设支付者。若当前支付者不是预设支付者,则当前支付者无法使用该无纸支付文件30进行支付。值得一提的是,预设支付者可预设一个或多个支付者。当预设支付者为多个支付者时,多个支付者共享支付额度。预设接收者是指该无纸支付文件30的支付对象。若预设接收者不是当前的支付对象,则停止支付。预设支付终端是指该无纸支付文件30被绑定于预设支付终端。只有通过预设支付终端使用该无纸支付文件30,该支付中心20才进行支付。也就是说,通过其他支付终端该无纸支付文件30也无法进行支付。值得一提的是,支付方案设置单元11可供设置该支付方案11是否可撤销。若该支付方案11被设置可撤销或更改,则该支付方案11未被使用之前,该支付方案11均可被撤销或更改。若该支付方案11正在被使 用或已经被使用,则该支付方案11不能被撤销或更改。
该支付方案11被设置完成之后,该无纸支付文件30的该支付方案11被该支付方案设置单元11发送至该生成单元12。该生成单元12根据所设置的该支付方案31通过编码和/或加密的方式生成该无纸支付文件30。该无纸支付文件30可被展示为支付码,如二维码,二维时间码、立体码或立体时间码等。所述二维时间码是指该二维码可增加时间记录,如记录二维码的生成时间、支付时间和接收时间等。所述立体码是指该支付码可以立体的形式展示,从而记录更多的支付内容。所述立体时间码是在所述立体码的基础上进一步记录立体码的生成时间,支付时间和接收时间。值得一提的是,该无纸支付文件30可被展示为5秒以内的视频。也就是说,该生成单元12根据支付内容通过编码和/或加密的方式生成一个5秒以内的视频。优选地,该生成单元12根据支付内容通过编码和/或加密的方式生成一个时间为1秒的视频。该无纸支付文件30也可被展示为图片。
该支付中心20进一步包括互相通信地连接的一内容获取单元21、一验证单元22和一支付单元23。当使用该无纸支付文件30进行支付时,该内容获取单元21获取该无纸支付文件30的该支付方案31的内容,然后将所获取的该无纸支付文件30的该支付方案31的内容发送至该验证单元22。此外,该内容获取单元21可进一步获取当前支付信息,如当前支付目的、当前支付地点、当前支付时间和当前支付额度等。然后该内容获取单元21将所获取的当前支付信息发送至该验证单元22。该验证单元22对该无纸支付文件30的该支付方案31的内容和和当前支付信息进行验证。若当前支付信息符合该无纸支付文件30的该支付方案11的内容,则该验证单元22发送一确认支付信息至该支付单元23。该支付单元23接收该确认支付信息,则进行支付。若当前支付信息不符合该无纸支付文件30的预设支付内容,该验证单元22向该支付单元23发送一终止支付信息。该支付单元23接收该终止支付信息则取消支付。
值得一提的是,该支付方案设置单元11可预设验证内容以验证使用该无纸支付文件30的支付者的身份。该支付方案设置单元11进一步包括一支付方案设置模块111和一验证方案设置模块112。该支付方案设置模块111通信地连接该验证方案设置模块112。该支付方案设置模块111供设置该支 付方案31。该验证方案设置模块112可供设置至少一验证方案32以识别该无纸支付文件的该使用者。该验证方案32可供设置使用者的生物特征,如,指纹、掌纹、瞳孔、瞳距、声纹、脸谱、指骨或头骨等。该验证方案32可进一步设置验证动作,如,支付者通过握持设置有陀螺仪的该智能终端做动作,该验证方案设置模块112通过陀螺仪记录该使用者的动作信息。该验证方案设置模块112设置该验证方案32时可从生物特征和验证动作中选择一项或多项作为该验证方案32。所述该无纸支付文件30包括该支付方案31和该验证方案32。
该无纸支付生成中心10进一步包括一授权单元13,该授权单元13分别通信地连接该支付方案设置单元11和该生成单元12。该无纸支付文件30的预设内容设置完成之后,该支付方案设置单元11将该无纸支付文件30的该支付方案31传送至该授权单元13。授权者通过该授权单元13审核该无纸支付文件30的该支付方案31。若授权者审核通过该无纸支付文件30的该支付方案31,该授权单元13将该无纸支付文件30的该支付方案31传送至该生成单元12。该生成单元12根据该无纸支付文件30的该支付方案31生成对应的该无纸支付文件30。值得一提的是,通过该授权单元13,该无纸支付文件30的预设内容不需要支付者本人进行编辑,可通过其它人协助编辑,而支付者只需要进行授权操作,从而大大增加无纸支付文件30的灵活性。
若该无纸支付文件30包括该支付方案31和该验证方案32,则该支付中心20的该验证单元22需要验证该支付方案31和该验证方案32。当该无纸支付文件30的该支付方案31和该验证方案32都通过验证,该支付单元23根据该无纸支付文件30的该支付方案31进行支付。
该无纸支付系统进一步包括一价值常量管理中心40。该价值常量管理中心40分别地通信地连接该生成中心10和该支付中心20。该价值常量管理中心40供管理用户拥有的价值常量。所述价值常量是指一种常量,例如π。优选地,本发明无纸支付系统使用价值常量进行支付。该价值常量管理中心40进一步包括一用户管理单元41和一价值常量管理单元42。优选地,该用户管理单元41为每一个用户分配对应的一身份识别号4111以区分各用户的身份。该用户管理单元41根据该身份识别号管理对应的用户信息。优选地, 该身份识别号4111可被公开。优选地,该身份识别号4111可被修改。该价值常量管理单元42根据该身份识别号4111管理对应的用户的价值常量额度。如增加该身份识别号4111对应的用户的价值常量、减少该身份识别号4111对应的用户的价值常量,将其中一个身份识别号4111的价值常量转移至另一个身份识别号4111的价值常量等。值得一提的是,本发明无纸支付系统使用用户的生物特征进行登录。所述的生物特征包括指纹、瞳距、视网膜、声纹和脸谱等。该用户可设置采用其中的一种或多种生物特征登录系统。优选地,本发明无纸支付系统不记录密码,当该用户使用生物特征进行登录时,该验证单元22验证该用户的生物特征,然后根据该用户的生物特征生成一验证码。此外,该用户管理单元41生成另一验证码。该用户管理单元41将另一验证码发磅至该验证单元22,以与该验证码进行配对。若该验证码与另一验证码配对成功,则该用户可以登录本发明无纸支付系统。若配对不成功则无法登录。值得一提的是,该用户管理单元41记录的用户信息经过加密处理。只该用户通过身份识别,该用户的个人信息才被授权使用。
该用户管理单元41进一步划分为一个基本信息管理模块411和一个验证信息管理模块412。该基本信息管理模块411管理用户的基本信息,如姓名、年龄、学历、工作经历等资料。该验证信息管理模块412供管理该用户的验证信息,如该用户对应的生物特征,或验证动作等。该用户管理单元41通信地连接该支付方案设置单元11,以提供该用户对应的验证信息用于设置该验证方案32。该支付方案设置单元11从该验证信息管理模块412中选择用于设置该验证方案32的验证的信息。该用户管理单元41进一步包括一验证信息生成模块413。该验证信息生成模块413分别通信地连接该验证单元22、该基本信息管理模块411和该验证信息管理模块412。当该用户登录时,该验证单元22识别该用户的生物特征,并根据该用户的生物特征生成该验证码。该验证信息生成模块413可从该基本信息管理模块411和/或该验证信息管理模块412获取该用户对应的基本信息和对应的验证信息。该验证信息生成模块413根据该用户对应的基本信息和对应的验证信息生成另一该验证码。该验证中心22配对该验证码和另一该验证码。若该验证码和另一该验证码配对,则该用户被允许登录。若该验证码和另一该验证码不配对,则该用户不允许登录。

值得一提的是,该验证信息管理模块412提供设置至少一紧急验证方案4121。该紧急验证方案4121是指当该用户遇到紧急情况时所使用的紧急验证方案4121。所述紧急情况包括,受到威胁,遇到意外、需要紧急求助或生命得不到保障等情况。该验证单元22接收到该紧急验证方案4121则会报警,以通知警方该用户遇到紧急情况。如该用户可指定验证该用户的无名指指纹时为紧急验证方案。当该用户使用该无约支付文件时遇到威胁时,该用户使用无名指指纹进行验证。该验证中心22接收到该用户使用该无名指的指纹进行验证,则该验证中心22执行该用户的紧急验证方案4121:报警。值得一提的是,该紧急验证方案4121可供设置两次验证方式,以避免误操作。如当该用户使用无名指纹进行验证时,该验证中心22接收到该用户使用该无名指的指纹进行验证,则该验证中心22启动该用户的紧急验证方案4121:再次要求验证。该验证中心22提示该用户再次进行验证。若该用户再次使 用该无名指的指纹进行验证,则该验证中心22执行该紧急验证方案4121:报警。若该用户使用其它手指的指纹进行验证,则该验证中心22取消启动该紧急验证方案4121,执行支付操作。
该用户管理单元41进一步包括一无纸支付文件管理单元414,该无纸支付文件管理单元414通信地连接该生成中心10,以便于从该生成单元13接收该无纸支付文件30。该无纸文件管理单元供该用户管理该用户拥有的该无纸支付文件30。该价值常量管理中心40进一步包括一价值常量评估单元44,该价值常量评估单元44分别通信地连接该用户管理单元41的该基本信息管理模块411以获取该用户的基本信息。该价值常量评估单元44根据该用户的基本信息评估该用户的价值常量系数a。该价值常量评估单元44通过外接一计量装置获取该用户在完成一项工作或提供一项服务的过程中所耗费了时间h,则该用户在该项工作应获得的价值常量VC(Value Constant)=ah。

值得一提的是,该信贷单元43可根据该用户的质押物等额度的价值常量,对该用户的信贷额度进行调整,以使得该用户得以使用该质押物等额度的价值常量进行支付。具体地说,首先评估该用户的质押物的价值常量额度,然后信贷单元43调整该用户的信贷额度。将该用户的质押物的价值常量额度增加至该用户的信贷额度,以使得该用户的信贷额度增加。
该信贷单元43供调节各用户之间的信贷额度。若该用户的信贷额度不够支付,该用户通过该信贷单元43与另一用户协调信贷额度。该用户制作该无纸支付文件30,然后将该无纸支付文件30发送至另一用户。另一用户审核该无纸支付文件30,若另一用户同意按该无纸支付文件30执行。则该信贷单元43根据该无纸支付文件30记载的支付方案31执行。具体地说,该用户通过该生成中心10的该方案设置单元11设置该支付方案31。例如,该用户通过该方案设置单元11设置的两个该支付方案31,其中一个该支付方案31为借贷方案,另一该支付方案31为还贷方案。在该借贷方案中,该用户将支付方设置为另一用户的该身份识别号4111,接收方设置为该身份识别号4111。该用户进一步设置借贷额度和接收该贷款的时间,该笔货款的用途等信息。在另一个该支付方案31中,设置的是还贷方案。在该还货方案中,可设置是一次性还清贷款,还是分期还款。每期还款的价值常量的的额度。支付方设置该身份识别号4111,接收方设置另一用户的身份识别号4111。两个该支付方案31被传送至该授权单元13。另一用户通过该授权单元13审核的两个该支付方案31。另一用户同意两个该支付方案31,则通过该授权单元13授权两个该支付方案31。在两个该支付方案31得到该用户和另一用户的授权后,两个该支付方案31被发送至该生成单元12,该生成单元12生成根据两个该支付方案31生成该无纸支付文件30。该无纸支付文件30被发送至该支付中心20。

值得一提的是,该用户通过该信贷单元43向多个用户借贷。该用户制作一个该无纸支付文件30向第一个用户借贷,但是第一个用户的信贷额度并不足以满足该用户的借贷额度。则该用户制作另一个无纸支付文件30向第二个用户借贷。若第二个用户的信贷额度不足以满足该用户的借贷额度,则继续向第三个用户借贷。直到该用户的借贷额度得以满足。
当该用户使用贷款时,该支付中心20根据该用户的当前的支付目的匹配各该无纸支付文件30。若其中一个该无纸支付文件30的该支付方案31匹配当前支付目的,则该支付中心20根据该其中一个该无纸支付文件30的该支付方案31进行支付。具体地说,该内容获取单元21获取当前支付目的。该内容获取单元21分别获取各该无纸支付文件30中的该支付方案31。该验证单元22分别验证各该无纸支付文件30的该支付方案31与当前支付目的。若其中一个该无纸支付文件30的该支付方案31与当前支付目的匹配, 则该支付单元23根据其中一个该无纸支付文件30的该支付方案31进行支付。以这样的方式,该货款的用途受到监管,从而保障了借款人的利益。

本发明无纸支付系统进一步提供一众筹中心50。该众筹中心50分别通信地连接该生成中心10、该支付中心20和该价值常量管理中心40。该用户可在该众筹中心50发布至少一众筹项目51。优选地,该众筹中心50根据该用户对应的该身份识别号41111管理该用户所发布的该众筹项目51。

图4至图5是本发明无纸支付系统的另一优选实施例的该支付场景。该用户一店铺内购物。该店铺内设置至少一个该支付终端80。该店铺售卖的商品被设置至少一商品信息提供器83,该商品信息提供器83记录了该商品的信息,如商品名称、产地、生产商、支付价值常量额度等信息。该商品信息提供器83被附着于商品上以提供对应的商品信息。优选地,该商品信息提供器83为RFID(Radio Frequency Identification)标签。该用户使用一识别介质84。该识别介质84供存储信息。这些信息得以用于身份识别。该识别介质包括、植入芯片、穿戴设备和智能终端等。该植入芯片可供植入人体。穿戴设备包括智能手表、智能头带、智能手环、智能饰物、智能衣服、智能鞋等。智能终端包括智能电话、平板电脑和电脑等。优选地,该识别介质84为穿戴设备。该识别介质84通信地连接该验证中心20。该验证中心20的该验证单元22通过获取该识别介质84上的信息来验证该用户的身份。值得一提的是,该识别介质84可识别人的健康数据,如体温、脉搏、体味、血型、血压、血糖等。并根据这些健康数据结合所存储的信息,用于身份识别。

步骤3001:设置一无纸支付文件30的至少一支付方案31。
该支付方案31提供设置一支付源。所述支付源包括价值单位和信贷额度。若该支付方案31的支付源被设置为价值单位,则使用价值单元进行支付。若该支付方案31的支付源设置为信贷额度,则该支付单元23使用该用户的信贷额度进行支付。值得一提的是,该支付源可被设置为价值单位和信贷额度。当其中一种支付源的额度不足以完成支付时,可使用另一种支付源支付余额。例如,该支付方案31的支付源被设置的价值单位和信贷额度,而且信贷额度被设置为优先使用的支付源。当该支付方案31对应的该无纸支付文件30被用于支付时,该支付单元23优先使用该用户的身份识别号4111的信贷额度进行支付。若该用户的身份识别号4111的信贷额度不足以完成支付,则该支付单元23使用该用户的身份识别号4111的信贷额度进行支付。而支付额度与信贷额度之间的差额,该支付单元23则使用该用户的价值单位额度支付该支付额度与信贷额度之间的差额。值得一提的是,该支付方案31该支付源可通过该方案设置单元11进一步被设置为物品,具体的说是物品的使用权和/或所有权。若该支付方案31的支付源被设置为物品的使用权和/或所有权,该支付单元23通过该用户管理单元41的该基本信息管理模块411分别对支付方的物品的使用权和/或所有权,和接收方的物品的使用权和/或所有权进行修改。若该支付方案31设置支付环境,则该支付者需要提供支付环境的证明,如提供支付环境的照片或视频等。
步骤3002:设置该无纸支付文件30的至少一验证方案。

该授权单元13提供对该支付方案31和/或该验证方案32进行授权。授权者通过该授权单元13审核该支付方案31和/或该验证方案32。该授权者可通过该授权单元13进该支付方案31和/或该验证方案32进行编辑。若该支付方案31和/或该验证方案32通过审核,该支付方案31和/或该验证方案32获得授权。该支付方案31和/或该验证方案32被发送至该生成单元12。
步骤3004:生成该无纸支付文件30。
该生成单元12根据该支付方案31和/或该验证方案32生成该无纸支付文件30。该无纸支付文件30可被存储于该识别介质84,以使得该支付中心20的该内容获取单元21可从该识别介质84获取该无纸支付文件30。该无纸支付文件30也可被存储于该用户管理单元41,以使得该支付中心20的该内容获取单元21从该用户管理单元41的该无纸支付文件管理模块414获取该无纸支付文件30。
步骤3005:获取该无纸支付文件30的该支付方案31和/或该验证方案32。
该支付中心20的该内容获取单元21获取该无纸支付文件30的该支付方案31。所获取的该支付方案31被发送至该验证中心22。若该无纸支付文件30还设置有该验证方案32,该支付中心20的该内容获取单元21获取该验证方案32,然后将该验证方案32发送至该验证单元22。
步骤3006:验证该无纸支付文件30的该支付方案31和/或该验证方案32。
该验证单元22分析该无纸支付文件30的该支付方案31,以根据该无 纸支付文件30的该支付方案31通过该内容获取单元21获取当前的支付信息。例如,该无纸支付文件30该支付方案31需要该使用者提供支付地点和支付目的的信息,则该验证单元22通过该内容获取单元21获取该支付终端80的位置信息,以确定支付地点。该验证单元22通过该内容获取单元21获取该支付终端80的支付内容。该验证单元22对比该无纸支付文件30的该支付方案31,和当前支付信息中的支付地点以及支付内容。若当前支付信息中的支付地点以及支付内容符合该无纸支付文件30的该支付方案,则通过验证。
若该无纸支付文件30包括多个该支付方案31,则该验证单元22根据所获取的支付信息匹配各该支付方案31。若该支付信息符合其中一个该支付方案31,则该验证单元22选定该支付方案31。该支付单元23根据选定的该支付方案31进行支付。
若该无纸支付文件30包括该验证方案32,该使用者通过该支付终端80提供该验证信息。该验证单元22对比该无纸支付文件30的该验证方案22和从该支付终端80所获取的该验证信息。若该验证信息符合该无纸支付文件30的该验证方案22,则通过验证。然后该验证单元22验证所获取的该支付信息与该无纸支付文件30的该支付方案31。若所获取的该支付信息与该无纸支付文件30的该支付方案31匹配,该支付单元23按该无纸支付文件30的该支付方案31进行支付。
若该无纸支付文件30包括多个该支付方案31和多个该验证方案32,且各该验证方案32与各该支付方案31一一对应。该验证单元22根据该验证信息分别匹配各该验证方案32。若该验证信息与其中一个该验证方案32匹配,则该验证单元22选择与该验证方案32对应的该支付方案31与该支付信息进行验证。若该支付信息符合对应的该支付方案31,则该支付单元23根据对应的该支付方案31进行支付。
步骤3007:根据通过验证的该无纸文件30的该支付方案31进行支付。

若该支付源被设置为该信贷额度和该价值常量时,则当该信贷额度不足时,可使用该价值常量进行支付。或者该价值常量不足时,可使用信贷额度进行支付。优选地,优先使用该信贷额度进行支付。例如,该支付中心23将支付者的身份识别号4111、接收者的身份识别号4111和支付额度发送给该信贷单元43。该信贷单元43根据该支付者身份识别号4111、该支付额度和接收者的身份识别号4111调整该支付者身份识别号4111的信贷额度。若该支付者身份识别号4111的该信贷额度不足以支付该支付额度,该信贷单元43将该支付者身份识别号4111的该信贷额度与该支付额度之间的差额发送至该支付单元23。该支付单元23向该价值常量管理单元42发送该支付者身份识别号4111的该信贷额度与该支付额度之间的差额、该支付者身份识别号4111和该接收者的身份识别号4111。该价值常量管理单元42将该支付者的身份识别号4111对应的价值常量额度扣减该支付者身份识别号4111的该信贷额度与该支付额度之间的差额。在对该支付者的身份识别号4111对应的价值常量额度扣减该支付者身份识别号4111的该信贷额度与该支付额度之间的差额之后,该支付单元23发送一调整身份识别号4111信息至该价值常量管理单元42,以调整该接收者的价值常量额度。所述调整身份识别号4111信息中包括该接收者的身份识别号4111。该价值常量管理单元42根据该接收者的身份识别号4111和支付额度,在该接收者的身份识别号4111的价值常量额度增加与支付额度等额度的价值常量。
值得一提的是,该支付源可被设置为物品的使用权和/或所有权。当该无纸支付文件30的该支付方案31的支付源被设置为物品的使用权和/或所有权时,该支付单元23通过该用户管理单元41的基本管理模块41分别调整该支付者对该物品的使用权和/或所有权和该接收者对该物品的使用权和/或所有权。
值得一提的是,在图4至图5的支付场景中,本发明提供在购物的过程中生成该无纸支付文件。
首先,判断是否具有在当前用户位置使用的该无纸支付文件30。

若该用户携带商品到达同一预设的确认区域,该识别终端80进一步确认该商品与该用户的位置关系。该识别终端80将与该用户处于同一位置的该商品确认为用户购买的商品。该识别终端80将该用户的身份证识别码4111、该商品信息、该卖家的该身份证识别码4111发送至该验证单元22。经过该验证单元22验证后,通过该内容获取单元21将该用户的身份证识别码4111、该商品信息、该卖家的该身份证识别码4111发送至该方案设置单元11。该方案设置单元11进一步核对该用户的身份证识别码4111、该商品信息、该卖家的该身份证识别码4111。若在该支付项目所设置的商品信息不在该内容获取单元21所提供的该商品信息中,该支付项目所设置的商品信息会被删除。若不在该内容获取单元21所提供的该商品信息中出现支付项目上没有的商品信息,该商品信息会被添加至该支付项目。
最后,生成该无纸支付文件。
在完成核对后,该方案设置单元11将该支付方案31发送至该生成单元12。该生成单元12根据该支付方案31生成该无纸文件30。然后该无纸文件30被发送至该无纸支付文件管理模块314。进一步地,预设的确认区域被设置于店门。
进一步地,该支付终端80通过该商品信息提供器83获取该商品的位置,该支付终端80通过该识别介质84获取该用户的位置。若该用户携带购买的商品位于预设的确认范围内,该支付终端80确认该用户购买所携带的商品。该支付终端80根据该商品信息和该用户信息构建购物清单。在该用户离开该店铺之前,该支付终端80提供该用户需要支付的价值常量额度。若离开该店铺,则进行支付。若该用户走出该店铺,该支付终端80将购物清单发送至该支付中心20。该支付终商同时提供在获取该用户位置时通过该智能手环所获得的该用户的信息。该验证中心20的该验证单元22根据用户的信息,查询该商户的该无纸支付文件管理模块414是否存在该用户发送的该无纸支付文件30。若存在则按该用户的该无纸支付文件30进行支付。在支付完成后向该用户发出提示信息。

    一支付中心,所述支付中心根据预设的一无纸支付文件进行支付,其中,所述无纸支付文件进一步包括至少一支付方案,所述支付中心验证当前支付信息与所述无纸支付文件的所述支付方案,若当前支付信息符合所述支付方案,所述支付中心根据所述无纸支付文件的所述支付方案进行支付。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的无纸支付系统,进一步包括:

  3. 根据权利要求2所述的无纸支付系统,其中,所述无纸支付文件进一步包括至少一验证方案,所述生成中心提供设置至少一所述验证方案,以使得所述支付中心根据所述验证方案验证支付者的身份信息,其中,若所述支付者的身份信息符合所述验证方案,则所述支付中心根据所述无纸支付文件的所述支付方案进行支付。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的无纸支付系统,其中,所述生成中心进一步包括一方案设置单元和一生成单元,所述支付方案设备单元通信地连接所述生成单元,所述支付方案设置单元设置所述支付方案,所述生成单元根据所述支付方案生成所述无纸支付文件。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的无纸支付系统,其中,所述生成中心进一步包括一方案设置单元和一生成单元,所述支付方案设备单元通信地连接所述生成单元,所述支付方案设置单元设置所述支付方案和所述验证方案,所述生成单元根据所述支付方案生成所述无纸支付文件。
  6. 根据权利要求4或5所述的无纸支付系统,其中,所述支付中心进一步包括互相通信地连接的一内容获取单元、一验证单元和一支付单元,其中,所述内容获取单元获取所述无纸支付文件的所述支付方案和当前支付信息,并将所述无纸支付文件的所述支付方案和当前支付信息发送至所述验证单元,其中,所述验证单元验证当前支付信息是否符合所述无纸支付文件的所述支付方案,若当前支付信息符合所想无纸支付文件的所述支付方案,则所述支付单元根据所述无纸 支付文件的所述支付方案进行支付。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的无纸支付系统,其中,所述生成中心进一步包括一授权单元,该授权单元分别通信地连接所述方案设置单元和所述生成单元,其中,该用户通过所述授权单元审核所述支付方案,若所述支付方案通过该用户的审核,所述支付方案被发送至所述生成单元,所述生成单元根据所述支付方案生成所述无纸支付文件。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的无纸支付系统,其中,所述验证单元根据所述验证方案验证所述无纸支付文件的该授权人的身份,若所述验证单元确认该授权人的身份,则所述无纸支付文件获得授权,所述支付单元根据所述无纸支付文件的所述支付方案进行支付。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的无纸支付系统,进一步包括一价值常量管理中心,所述价值常量管理中心分别通信地连接所述生成中心和所述支付中心,其中,所述价值常量管理中心以账号的方式管理用户所拥有的价值常量,其中所述无纸支付系统以价值常量进行支付。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的无纸支付系统,其中,所述价值常量管理中心进一步包括一用户管理单元和一价值常量管理单元,所述用户管理单元管理该用户的信息,其中该用户管理单元为各用户分别分配对应的身份识别号,该价值常量管理单元根据该用户对应的身份识别号管理该用户拥有的价值常量。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的无纸支付系统,其中,当该用户登录时,所述验证单元根据该用户的生物特征生成一验证码,该用户管理单元根据该用户的信息生成另一验证码,所述验证单元配对所述验证码和另一所述验证码,若所述验证码与另一所述验证码配对成功,则该用户被允许登录。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的无纸支付系统,其中,所述用户管理单元进一步包括一基本信息管理模块、一验证信息管理模块和一验证信息生成模块,所述基本信息管理模块管理该用户的基本信息,所述验证信息管理模块管理该用户的验证信息,其中,当该用户登录时,所述验证信息生成模块分别所述基本信息管理模块和所述验证信息管理模块获取该用户的基本信息和验证信息,生成另一所述验证码。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的无纸支付系统,其中,所述方案设置单元进一步包括一验证方案设置模块,其中,所述验证信息生成模块从所述基本信息管理 模块获取一部分的该用户的基本信息,和所述验证信息生成模块从所述验证方案设置模块获取一部分的该用户的验证信息,然后所述验证信息生成模块编辑一部分该用户的基本信息和一部分的该用户的验证信息生成一验证内容,其中,所述验证方案设置模块从所述验证信息生成模块获取所述验证内容,并根据所述验证内容设置所述无纸支付文件的所述验证方案。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的无纸支付系统,其中,所述验证信息管理模块提供设置至少一紧急验证方案,当所述验证单元验证该用户的身份时,若该用户提供的身份信息符合所述紧急验证方案,则所述验证单元报警。
  15. 根据权利要求12所述的无纸支付系统,其中,所述用户管理单元进一步包括一无纸支付文件管理单元以用于管理该用户所拥有的该无纸支付文件。
  16. 根据权利要求10所述的无纸支付系统,其中,所述价值常量管理中心进一步包括一信贷单元,所述信贷单元分别通信地连接所述用户单元和所述价值常量管理单元,该信贷单元根据各用户的身份识别号分别设置预设的信贷额度,其中,所述无纸支付文件的所述支付方案得以被设置为使用信贷额度进行支付。
  17. 根据权利要求10所述的无纸支付系统,其中,所述价值常量管理中心进一步包括一价值常量评估单元,所述价值常量评估单元通过该基本信息管理模块获取该用户的基本信息,其中,所述价值常量评估单元根据用户的基本信息评估用户的价值常量系数,所述价值常量评估单元根据用户的价值常量系数和该用户在一项目上所耗费的时间评估对应的价值常量,其中,价值常量为用户的价值常量系和所耗费的时间的乘积。
  18. 根据权利要求10所述的无纸支付系统,其中,进一步包括一众筹中心,所述众筹中心分别通信地连接该生成中心、该支付中心和该价值常量管理中心,其中,所述众筹中心提供发布一众筹项目,所述众筹项目的各参与者的分配比例通过所述方案设置单元被设置于所述支付方案,所述生成单元根据所述支付方案生成所述众筹项目的所述无纸支付文件,其中,所述支付中心检测所述众筹项目获得收益后,所述支付中心根据所述众筹项目的所述无纸支付文件的所述支付方案进行支付。
  19. 根据权利要求10所述的无纸支付系统,其中,进一步包括一税务中心,所述税务中心分别通信地连接所述众筹中心、所述生成中心、所述支付中心和所述价值常量管理中心,其中,所述税务中心提供至少一税务规则,所述税务中心 判断所述支付中心根据所述无纸支付文件所进行的支付是否符合所述税务规则,若符合,则所述税务中心根据所述税务规则在使用所述无纸支付文件进行支付时,支付对应的税款。
  20. 根据权利要求12所述的无纸支付系统,其中,进一步包括一账务管理模块,所述账务管理模块分别通信地连接所述支付中心、所述税务管理中心和所述价值常量管理中心,其中,所述支付中心在所述无纸支付文件完成支付后,向所述账务管理中心发送一支付情况回执,其中,所述账务管理中心根据所述支付情况回执分别向该支付方和该接收方的身份识别号记录支付情况。
