Abstract
Description
以下に、本実施の形態の非接触給電装置の構成について、図1から図20、主に、図1から図8を参照して、説明する。
つまり、上記の設計値で各共振回路を設計した場合、送電共振周波数f1は約133kHz、受電共振周波数f2は約153kHzとなる。
通常、図24の(b)、(c)、(d)に示すように、送電共振周波数f1が駆動周波数fDに近くなるほど、送電装置110の入力電流、送電コイル111に流れる送電コイル電流、および送電装置110の出力電流は、大きくなる。
以下に、本実施の形態の非接触給電装置1の実施例について、図20および図30を参照して、説明する。
本実施の形態に関する説明は、本発明に従う非接触給電装置が取り得る形態の例示である。そのため、非接触給電装置が取り得る形態を制限することを意図していない。つまり、本発明に従う非接触給電装置は、本実施の形態以外に、例えば以下に示される実施の形態の変形例、および相互に矛盾しない少なくとも2つの変形例が組み合わせられた形態を取り得る。
(1)本発明の非接触給電装置の制御装置の一形態は、電源回路から供給される電力により交番磁束を出力する共振回路(送電共振回路)、および共振回路に交番磁束が発生するようにスイッチングされる複数のスイッチング素子を備え、交番磁束により受電装置の受電コイルに電力を伝送する、複数のスイッチング素子を制御する送電制御部を備える非接触給電装置の送電装置である。送電制御部は、複数のスイッチング素子のオンおよびオフを繰り返すことにより交番電力を共振回路に供給する伝送モードを備える。そして、伝送モードにおけるスイッチング素子の動作の1周期のオン時間を第1の固定値として設定してもよい。

Claims (5)
- 電源回路から供給される電力により交番磁束を出力する共振回路、および前記共振回路に交番磁束が発生するようにスイッチングされる複数のスイッチング素子を備え、前記交番磁束により受電装置の受電コイルに電力を伝送する、前記複数のスイッチング素子を制御する送電制御部を備える非接触給電装置の送電装置であって、
前記送電制御部は、前記複数のスイッチング素子のオンおよびオフを繰り返すことにより交番電力を前記共振回路に供給する伝送モードを備え、
前記伝送モードにおける前記スイッチング素子の動作の1周期のオン時間が第1の固定値として設定される非接触給電装置の送電装置。 - 前記複数のスイッチング素子のそれぞれの前記オン時間を個別に設定する請求項1に記載の非接触給電装置の送電装置。
- 前記送電制御部は、前記複数のスイッチング素子のオンおよびオフを繰り返すことにより前記伝送モードよりも小さい前記交番電力を前記共振回路に供給する待機モードを備え、
前記待機モードにおける前記スイッチング素子の動作の1周期のオン時間が第2の固定値として設定される請求項1に記載の非接触給電装置の送電装置。 - 前記第1の固定値のオン時間は、前記第2の固定値のオン時間よりも大きい請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の非接触給電装置の送電装置。
- 前記共振回路に供給される入力電流、または受電部から負荷に供給される出力電流が、所定の範囲に含まれるように、前記オン時間が決められる請求項1に記載の非接触給電装置の送電装置。
