Description
(a) k1>j1
ここで、k1は一方の光透過性導電層の第一の方向に伸びた列電極が有する所定形状の単位金属パターンの第一の方向における平均長さを表し、j1は所定形状の単位金属パターンの第二の方向における平均長さを表す。
(b) 2M=n×j1
ここで、Mは第一の方向に伸びた列電極の平均中心間距離を表し、nは自然数を表す。
(c) k2<j2、かつk1÷j2とj2÷k1の解が両方共に自然数でない。
ここで、k2は他方の光透過性導電層の第二の方向に伸びた列電極が有する所定形状の単位金属パターンの第一の方向における平均長さを表し、j2は所定形状の単位金属パターンの第二の方向における平均長さを表す。
(d) 2L=p×k2
ここで、Lは他方の光透過性導電層における第二の方向に伸びた列電極の平均中心間距離を表し、pは自然数を表す。

これらの要件を満たすことにより、より電気抵抗値の安定性に優れた光透過性電極を得ることが可能となる。
光透過性基材として、厚み100μmのポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルムを用いた。なおこの光透過性基材の全光線透過率は91%であった。

A液とB液を撹拌しながら混合し、30分後にイオン交換樹脂の充填されたカラムに通し硫化パラジウムゾルを得た。
前記硫化パラジウムゾル 0.4mg
2質量%グリオキザール水溶液 0.2ml
界面活性剤(S-1) 4mg
デナコールEX-830 50mg
(ナガセケムテックス(株)製ポリエチレングリコールジグリシジルエーテル)
10質量%SP-200水溶液 0.5mg
((株)日本触媒製ポリエチレンイミン;平均分子量10,000)

水を加えて全量を1000mlに調製し、pHを12.2に調整した。
図7におけるk1、j1及び角度1、図8におけるk2、j2及び角度2を表1に示す値とした透過原稿を用いた以外は実施例1と同様にして実施例2、実施例3、比較例1~5の各々の光透過性電極を得た。全ての光透過性電極で、Mは15mm、Lは20mmとした。
得られた光透過性電極を、全面白画像を表示した23型ワイド液晶モニタ(RDT234WK(BK) 三菱電機製)の画面上に載せ下記の基準で評価した。△及び×は実用上問題がある。
○:目視で、モアレが全く確認できない。
△:目視で、よく見ればモアレが確認できる。
×:目視で、モアレが明確に確認できる。
得られた光透過性電極のOCAで貼合された部分の全光線透過率を、ヘイズメーター(HZ-2 スガ試験機社製)を用いて測定した。
(1)得られた光透過性電極の図7のパターンを持つ光透過性導電材料側の各々の列電極において、配線部を介して電気的に接続された端子部15と、列電極の配線部には繋がっていない側の端に設けたベタ電極17との間の電気抵抗値を測定した。
(2)次に、図8のパターンを持つ光透過性導電材料側の各々の列電極において、その両側からそれぞれ配線部を介して電気的に接続された端子部15-端子部15間の電気抵抗値を測定した。
(3)次に、図7のパターンを持つ光透過性導電材料側の全ての端子部と、図8のパターンを持つ光透過性導電材料側の全ての端子部との間に0.2Vの電圧を5分間掛けた。
(4)次に、光透過性電極を60℃90%RHの環境下で120時間放置した。
(5)次に、(1)及び(2)と同じ方法で電気抵抗値を測定した。
(6)次に、光透過性電極の列電極部分をルーペにて観察し、断線の発生の有無を調べた。
(7)次に、図7のパターンを持つ光透過性導電材料側の各々の列電極において(1)での電気抵抗値と(5)での電気抵抗値を比較し、その変化量が(1)での電気抵抗値に占める割合を算出し、その最小値と最大値を除いた残りの列電極(5本)の値を平均し、図7のパターンを持つ光透過性導電材料側の電気抵抗値の安定性の指標とした。また、図8のパターンを持つ光透過性導電材料側の各々の列電極において(2)での電気抵抗値と(5)での電気抵抗値を比較し、その変化量が(2)での電気抵抗値に占める割合を算出して全ての列電極(4本)の値を平均し、図8のパターンを持つ光透過性導電材料側の電気抵抗値の安定性の指標とした。図7のパターンを持つ光透過性導電材料側の電気抵抗値の安定性の指標と、図8のパターンを持つ光透過性導電材料側の電気抵抗値の安定性の指標の内、大きい方をその光透過性電極の電気抵抗値の安定性の指標とした。
以上の試験の結果について下記の基準で評価した。1及び2は実用上問題がある。
5:電気抵抗値の安定性の指標が5%未満で、全ての列電極で断線が無い。
4:電気抵抗値の安定性の指標が5%以上10%未満で、全ての列電極で断線が無い。
3:電気抵抗値の安定性の指標が5%以上10%未満で、一部の列電極で断線がある。
2:電気抵抗値の安定性の指標が10%以上で、一部の列電極で断線がある。
1:電気抵抗値の安定性の指標が非常に大きくなり、全ての列電極で断線がある。

Claims (9)
- 光透過性基材上に、端子部に電気的に接続されたセンサー部と、端子部に電気的に接続されていないダミー部とを有する光透過性導電層を少なくとも2層有し、該センサー部と該ダミー部は所定形状の単位金属パターンが繰り返される構造を有し、一方の光透過性導電層が有するセンサー部は第一の方向に伸びた複数の列電極から構成され、列電極とダミー部は交互に配置されており、他方の光透過性導電層が有するセンサー部は第一の方向に直交する第二の方向に伸びた複数の列電極から構成され、列電極とダミー部は交互に配置されており、さらに下記(a)~(c)の要件を全て満たすことを特徴とする光透過性電極。
(a) k1>j1
ここで、k1は一方の光透過性導電層の第一の方向に伸びた列電極が有する所定形状の単位金属パターンの第一の方向における平均長さを表し、j1は所定形状の単位金属パターンの第二の方向における平均長さを表す。
(b) 2M=n×j1
ここで、Mは第一の方向に伸びた列電極の平均中心間距離を表し、nは自然数を表す。
(c) k2<j2、かつk1÷j2とj2÷k1の解が両方共に自然数でない。
ここで、k2は他方の光透過性導電層の第二の方向に伸びた列電極が有する所定形状の単位金属パターンの第一の方向における平均長さを表し、j2は所定形状の単位金属パターンの第二の方向における平均長さを表す。 - 下記(d)の要件を満たす請求項1に記載の光透過性電極。

ここで、qは自然数を表す。 - 0.15×k1<j1<0.7×k1の要件を満たす請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の光透過性電極。
- 0.35×k1<j1<0.6×k1の要件を満たす請求項4に記載の光透過性電極。
- 0.15×j2<k2<0.7×j2の要件を満たす請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の光透過性電極。
- 0.35×j2<k2<0.6×j2の要件を満たす請求項6に記載の光透過性電極。
- 一つの光透過性導電層が有するセンサー部の所定形状の単位金属パターンの図形とダミー部の所定形状の単位金属パターンの図形が合同である請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載の光透過性導電材料。
- 所定形状の単位金属パターンの図形が菱形であり、その対角線が第1の方向と第2の方向にある請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載の光透過性導電材料。
