本实用新型涉及一种快速夹紧装置,用于装夹瞄具、手电、镭射等附件。 背景技术:
目前,市场上所有固定瞄具、镭射或者手电等其他附件的支架都是由上 下两片或者是一片组成的, 装夹这些附件时夹紧装置都需要螺纹固定锁紧, 需要用扳手进行操作, 由于扳手等工具不利于携带, 而且容易丢失, 一旦丢 失将无法装夹。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是为了克服以上的不足, 提供一种结构紧凑、 操作方 便的快速夹紧装置, 无需使用任何工具即可装夹。
本实用新型的目的通过以下技术方案来实现: 一种快速夹紧装置, 包括 半圆形的底座, 底座底部中贯穿有螺杆, 螺杆的一端穿出底座, 螺杆的一端 的顶端通过锥轴销连接有偏心轮, 偏心轮上设有把手, 螺杆上还套有夹块和 锲型滑块, 锲型滑块靠近偏心轮, 夹块靠近锲型滑块, 底座一端顶部通过两 块连接块连接有卡扣, 底座一端顶部连接有上盖, 上盖的顶端设有凸块, 卡 扣的自由端设有与凸块相匹配的凹槽。

本实用新型装夹瞄具或其它附件等附件时, 先松开卡扣, 再打开上盖, 将瞄具或其它附件卡在底座上, 扣上上盖, 盖住瞄具或其它附件, 将卡扣与 连接块的连接端平推至上盖的自由端,将卡扣扣下直至卡扣自由端上的凹槽 完全扣在上盖顶端的凸块上。 本实用新型中的上盖直接卡住被夹物, 无需其 他工具就可以装夹瞄具、 手电、 镭射等其它附件, 不使用本实用新型时, 可 将上盖直接扣上, 上盖不会松开掉下来, 方便携带。
