Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种快速夹紧装置,包括半圆形的底座,底座底部中贯穿有螺杆,螺杆的一端穿出底座,螺杆的一端的顶端通过锥轴销连接有偏心轮,偏心轮上设有把手,螺杆上还套有夹块和锲型滑块,锲型滑块靠近偏心轮,夹块靠近锲型滑块,底座一端顶部通过两块连接块连接有卡扣,底座一端顶部连接有上盖,上盖的顶端设有凸块,卡扣的自由端设有与凸块相匹配的凹槽。底座一端顶部与每块连接块、每块连接块与卡扣、底座另一端顶部与上盖之间均通过快拆销子活动连接。底座一端顶部的上表面上设有两个弹簧。本实用新型具有结构紧凑、操作方便的优点。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种快速夹紧装置,用于装夹瞄具、手电、镭射等附件。
背景技术
目前,市场上所有固定瞄具、镭射或者手电等其他附件的支架都是由上下两片或者是一片组成的,装夹这些附件时夹紧装置都需要螺纹固定锁紧,需要用扳手进行操作,由于扳手等工具不利于携带,而且容易丢失,一旦丢失将无法装夹。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了克服以上的不足,提供一种结构紧凑、操作方便的快速夹紧装置,无需使用任何工具即可装夹。
本实用新型的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:一种快速夹紧装置,包括半圆形的底座,底座底部中贯穿有螺杆,螺杆的一端穿出底座,螺杆的一端的顶端通过锥轴销连接有偏心轮,偏心轮上设有把手,螺杆上还套有夹块和锲型滑块,锲型滑块靠近偏心轮,夹块靠近锲型滑块,底座一端顶部通过两块连接块连接有卡扣,底座一端顶部连接有上盖,上盖的顶端设有凸块,卡扣的自由端设有与凸块相匹配的凹槽。
本实用新型的进一步改进在于:底座一端顶部与每块连接块、每块连接块与卡扣、底座另一端顶部与上盖之间均通过快拆销子活动连接。
本实用新型的进一步改进在于:底座一端顶部的上表面上设有两个弹簧。
本实用新型与现有技术相比具有以下优点:本实用新型中的上盖直接卡住被夹物,无需其他工具就可以装夹瞄具、手电、镭射等其它附件,不使用本实用新型时,可将上盖直接扣上,上盖不会松开掉下来,方便携带。

具体实施方式:
为了加深对本实用新型的理解,下面将结合实施例和附图对本实用新型作进一步详述,该实施例仅用于解释本实用新型,并不构成对本实用新型保护范围的限定。
如图1和图2示出了本实用新型快速夹紧装置的一种具体实施方式,包括半圆形的底座8,底座8底部中贯穿有螺杆7,螺杆7的一端穿出底座8,螺杆7的一端的顶端通过锥轴销4连接有偏心轮3,偏心轮3上设有把手14,螺杆7上还套有夹块6和锲型滑块5,锲型滑块5靠近偏心轮3,夹块6靠近锲型滑块5,底座8一端顶部通过两块连接块10连接有卡扣1,底座8一端顶部连接有上盖2,上盖2的顶端设有凸块12,卡扣1的自由端设有与凸块12相匹配的凹槽13。底座8一端顶部与每块连接块10、每块连接块10与卡扣1、底座8另一端顶部与上盖2之间均通过快拆销子11活动连接。卡扣一端为自由端,另一端通过快拆销子与连接块连接,卡扣的连接端是偏心轮结构,连接块通过快拆销子与底座连接,上盖通过快拆销子与底座连接,螺杆一端带椭圆平台,并通过底座的卡槽卡在底座上,使其不能转动,另一端通过锥轴销与偏心轮连接,在偏心轮和底座之间有锲型滑块和夹块,底座与连接块连接端上设有两个弹簧9,即底座8一端顶部的上表面上设有两个弹簧9,当本实用新型不装夹瞄具等附件时,弹簧就会支撑住上盖的自由端,进一步顶住卡扣的连接端,这样上盖不会松开掉下来,方便携带。
偏心轮装在装置的左侧时,将偏心轮偏心量小的一端靠近锲型滑块,此时把手远离装夹者,然后整个装置通过底座下方的夹块卡在导轨上,螺杆卡在导轨槽内,扳动偏心轮,偏心轮由于偏心缘故,偏心轮逐渐压紧锲型滑块和夹块,直至完全加紧,由于导轨的宽度有误差,通过锲型滑块的前后位置从而达到调节夹紧程度;如偏心轮装在装置的右侧时,此时将偏心轮偏心量小的一端靠近锲型滑块,推动偏心轮使螺杆另一端椭圆端脱离底座的卡槽,将偏心轮转动180度,偏心轮带动螺杆转动180度,不要转动锲型滑块和夹块,松开偏心轮使螺杆卡在底座的卡槽内。其中,底座的下方通过夹块固定在导轨上,松开偏心轮,此时夹块处于松开状态,底座可以自由装在导轨上,此时处于松开状态;通过把手拨动偏心轮,将夹块逐渐夹紧在导轨上,此时处于夹紧状态。由于导轨的宽度有宽有窄,可以前后调节斜锲块的位置至合适位置,压紧偏心轮,从而达到把底座固定在导轨上的目的,本实用新型能适用于不同尺寸的宽轨导轨,无需任何工具辅助,就能实现不同尺寸的宽轨导轨,导轨过宽过窄都能使用。
本实用新型装夹瞄具或其它附件等附件时,先松开卡扣,再打开上盖,将瞄具或其它附件卡在底座上,扣上上盖,盖住瞄具或其它附件,将卡扣与连接块的连接端平推至上盖的自由端,将卡扣扣下直至卡扣自由端上的凹槽完全扣在上盖顶端的凸块上。本实用新型中的上盖直接卡住被夹物,无需其他工具就可以装夹瞄具、手电、镭射等其它附件,不使用本实用新型时,可将上盖直接扣上,上盖不会松开掉下来,方便携带。
Claims (3)
1.一种快速夹紧装置,包括半圆形的底座(8),所述底座(8)底部中贯穿有螺杆(7),所述螺杆(7)的一端穿出所述底座(8),所述螺杆(7)的一端的顶端通过锥轴销(4)连接有偏心轮(3),所述偏心轮(3)上设有把手(14),所述螺杆(7)上还套有夹块(6)和锲型滑块(5),所述锲型滑块(5)靠近所述偏心轮(3),所述夹块(6)靠近所述锲型滑块(5),其特征在于:所述底座(8)一端顶部通过两块连接块(10)连接有卡扣(1),所述底座(8)一端顶部连接有上盖(2),所述上盖(2)的顶端设有凸块(12),所述卡扣(1)的自由端设有与所述凸块(12)相匹配的凹槽(13)。
2.根据权利要求1所述快速夹紧装置,其特征在于:所述底座(8)一端顶部与每块所述连接块(10)、每块所述连接块(10)与所述卡扣(1)、所述底座(8)另一端顶部与所述上盖(2)之间均通过快拆销子(11)活动连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述快速夹紧装置,其特征在于:所述底座(8)一端顶部的上表面上设有两个弹簧(9)。
