Claims (26)
- 상호 결합되는 전면 케이스와 후면 케이스를 포함하는 단말기 케이스; 및상기 단말기 케이스의 외부로 노출되도록 마련되어 당김 동작에 의해 사용자 입력을 수행하는 트리거 유닛을 포함하며,상기 트리거 유닛은,상기 단말기 케이스의 외부로 노출되는 트리거스위치;상기 트리거스위치를 덮도록 상기 단말기 케이스의 내부에 밀착되는 트리거러버; 및상기 트리거러버를 압착 지지하며 상기 단말기 케이스 내부에 결합되는 트리거브라켓을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모바일 단말기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 트리거스위치는 상기 후면 케이스의 트리거관통구를 통해 외부로 노출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 모바일 단말기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 트리거스위치는,상기 단말기 케이스를 통해 일부분이 외부로 노출되어 사용자에 의해 당김 동작되는 당김부;상기 당김부와 연결되며 상기 단말기 케이스에 회동 가능하게 결합되는 회동부; 및상기 당김부로부터 돌출되어 형성되며 상기 당김부의 당김 동작 시 트리거 PCB(Printed Circuit Board)를 가압하는 가압부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모바일 단말기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 트리거러버는 탄성을 갖는 재질로 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 모바일 단말기.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 트리거러버는,상기 트리거브라켓의 내측면에 수용되는 러버본체부;상기 트리거스위치와 결합되며 상기 트리거스위치의 당김 동작에 의해 트리거 PCB(Printed Circuit Board)에 접촉되는 접촉부; 및상기 접촉부가 가압될 때 상기 접촉부가 상기 접촉부의 가압 방향의 반대 방향으로 탄성 바이어스 되도록 상기 러버본체부와 상기 접촉부를 연결하는 경사부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모바일 단말기.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 러버본체부는 상기 후면 케이스의 내측면에 형성된 트리거홈부에 결합되는 트리거돌기선이 상기 러버본체부의 가장자리를 따라 폐루프 형태로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 모바일 단말기.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 트리거돌기선은 단부가 다각형 또는 원형의 형상으로 마련되되, 상기 트리거돌기선의 단부의 일부분은 상기 트리거홈부의 폭보다 큰 폭을 갖도록 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 모바일 단말기.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 접촉부의 단부에는 탄소 접점이 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 모바일 단말기.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 경사부는 상기 러버본체부와 상기 접촉부를 연결함에 있어서 돔 형상으로 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 모바일 단말기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 트리거브라켓은,상기 트리거러버를 압착 지지하는 브라켓본체부;상기 브라켓본체부의 가장자리에 마련되어 상기 단말기 케이스 내부에 결합되는 다수의 나사결합부; 및상기 트리거러버가 트리거 PCB(Printed Circuit Board)에 접촉되도록 상기 브라켓본체부를 관통하여 형성되는 접촉통공부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모바일 단말기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 후면 케이스와 결합하며 모바일 단말기에 전원을 공급하는 배터리 팩; 및상기 배터리 팩과 상기 후면 케이스 사이에 개재되어 상기 배터리 팩과 상기 후면 케이스의 결합 부위를 기밀 유지시키는 쿠션을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모바일 단말기.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 배터리 팩은,상기 후면 케이스와 착탈 가능하도록 결합되는 착탈결합부가 마련되는 상부케이스; 및상기 상부케이스와 사이에 부품 수용 공간을 두고 결합되며 하면에 상기 쿠션부를 가압하는 실링라인(sealing line)이 형성되는 하부케이스를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모바일 단말기.
- 제12항에 있어서,상기 하부케이스는 상기 상부케이스가 결합되는 부위에 가장자리를 따라 폐루프 형상의 배터리홈부가 형성되며, 상기 배터리홈부는 'ㄷ' 형태의 단면 형상을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 모바일 단말기.
- 제13항에 있어서,상기 상부케이스는 상기 배터리홈부와 대응되도록 배터리돌출부가 마련되며, 상기 배터리돌출부의 단부에는 융착산이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 모바일 단말기.
- 제14항에 있어서,상기 상부케이스와 상기 하부케이스는 억지 끼워 맞춤으로 결합되고 상기 융착산은 초음파 융착 방법에 의하여 상기 상부케이스와 상기 하부케이스를 결합시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 모바일 단말기.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 쿠션은 폴리올레핀(Polyolefin) 폼(Foam)으로 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 모바일 단말기.
- 제1항에 있어서,다수의 키버튼과 결합되며 상기 전면 케이스의 키패드 수용부에 수용되는 유연 재질의 키패드 실리콘; 및상기 키패드 실리콘을 사이에 두고 상기 전면 케이스에 결합되고 상기 키패드 실리콘을 압착하며 지지하는 키패드 브라켓을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모바일 단말기.
- 제17항에 있어서,상기 키패드 수용부는 가장자리를 따라 연속되는 폐루프 형태의 키패드홈부가 형성되며,상기 키패드 실리콘은 상기 키패드홈부에 대응되도록 가장자리를 따라 폐루프 형태로 키패드돌출부가 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 모바일 단말기.
- 제18항에 있어서,상기 키패드돌출부는 단부가 다각형 또는 원형의 형상으로 마련되되, 상기 키패드돌출부의 단부의 일부분은 상기 키패드홈부의 폭보다 큰 폭을 갖도록 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 모바일 단말기.
- 제17항에 있어서,상기 키패드 실리콘은 상기 다수의 키버튼이 결합되는 다수의 버튼결합부가 구비되고 표면에 갈라진 틈이 없도록 일체로 성형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 모바일 단말기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 전면 케이스와 상기 후면 케이스 사이에 개재되는 연성 재질의 실링 러버(sealing rubber)를 더 포함하며,상기 전면 케이스 또는 상기 후면 케이스 중의 어느 한 쪽에는 상기 실링 러버가 결합되도록 결합되는 가장자리를 따라 폐루프 형태의 케이스홈부가 마련되고,상기 전면 케이스 또는 상기 후면 케이스 중의 다른 한 쪽에는 상기 실링 러버를 가압하는 케이스돌출부가 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 모바일 단말기.
- 제21항에 있어서,상기 실링 러버는 상기 케이스홈부와 결합되는 방향의 단부에 상기 케이스홈부와 대응되도록 폐루프 형태의 돌출산이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 모바일 단말기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 전면 케이스의 화상표시부를 커버하며 터치 입력이 가능한 터치 윈도우; 및상기 화상표시부의 가장자리를 따라 부착되며 상기 터치 윈도우를 상기 전면 케이스에 결합시키는 양면 테이프를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모바일 단말기.
- 제23항에 있어서,상기 전면 케이스에는 상기 화상표시부의 가장자리 일부에 상기 터치 윈도우와 메인 PCB를 연결하는 연성회로기판(FPCB, Flexible Printed Circuit Board)이 통과할 수 있는 통공이 형성되며,상기 통공에는 실링 부재가 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 모바일 단말기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 후면 케이스는 상기 전면 케이스와 나사 결합되는 다수의 나사삽입공이 마련되고,연성 재질로 마련되며 상기 나사삽입공에 삽입되어 상기 나사삽입공을 밀폐시키는 스크류 캡을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모바일 단말기.
- 제25항에 있어서,상기 스크류 캡은,상기 나사삽입공보다 작은 지름의 단면을 갖는 원기둥 형상으로 마련되어 상기 나사삽입공에 삽입되는 캡본체부;상기 캡본체부의 삽입방향 반대측 단부에 마련되어 상기 나사삽입공에 억지끼워맞춤되는 캡헤더부; 및상기 캡본체부의 원주 방향으로 돌출되어 오링(O-ring) 형상으로 마련되며 상기 나사삽입공에 억지끼워맞춤되는 적어도 하나의 캡오링부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모바일 단말기.
