Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft die serielle Verschaltung von Dünnschichtsolarzellen. Es ist die Aufgabe gestellt, das Strukturierungsverfahren so zu gestalten, dass eine zuverlässige und effektive Verschaltung ermöglicht, Kurzschlüsse vermieden und die nutzbare Solarzellenfläche vergrößert werden kann. Die Aufgabe wird gelöst durch die Ansprüche 1 und 14, die Lösung ist zur Massenproduktion geeignet.
