Abstract

본 발명은 화학식 1의 아데포비어 디피복실의 새로운 정제 방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 정제 방법은, 합성을 통하여 제조된 부산물이 포함된 불순한 상태의 아데포비어 디피복실, 이의 염 또는 이의 복합체를, 물 또는 물을 포함한 혼합용매에 용해시키는 단계, 아데포비어 디피복실 용액을 역상컬럼으로 통해 정제하는 단계 및 정제된 아데포비어 디피복실 용액에 염기를 첨가하고 유기용매로 추출하는 단계를 이용하여 화학식 1로 표시되는 고순도의 아데포비어 디피복실을 정제하는 방법을 포함한다. 또한 본 발명은 상기 방법을 사용하여 정제된 화학식 1로 표시되는 고순도의 아데포비어 디피복실 용액에서 용매를 제거하여 무정형의 아데포비어 디피복실을 제조하는 방법을 포함한다.
