Abstract
바람이나 해조류와 같은 유동력을 경제적으로 활용하기 위하여, 유동력에 의해 구동되는 기구가 유체의 흐름을 가로지르며 휩쓰는 면적을 넓히기 위한 방법과 장치이다. 상기 기구의 유동력에 의한 선형운동을 운동전환기를 거쳐 동력변환기를 구동하거나, 직접 동력변환기에 선형운동을 전달하여 상기 동력변환기가 주변 유체 또는 지면에 대한 상대적 선형운동에 의하여 전기 또는 유공압류를 생산토록 하여 이를 소비장소로 전송한다.
