本発明の第1の実施形態に係る移動通信システムによれば、情報転送装置502が、設置場所が正常に登録されていない無線基地局201からの設置信号を受信した場合に、移動通信事業者に通知していない不正な無線基地局201の移設を検知して、かかる移設を認めないように構成されているため、ホーム無線基地局にGPS機能を実装させることなく、移動通信事業者に通知していない不正な無線基地局201の移設を検知することができる。
上述の実施形態では、W-CDMA方式の移動通信システムを例に挙げて説明されているが、本発明は、かかる移動通信システムに限定されるものではなく、例えば、LTE(Long Term Evolution)方式の移動通信システムにも適用可能である。
図6に示すように、本発明の変更例2に係る移動通信システムでは、無線基地局201、202を収容するための集約装置HNB-GWが設けられている。
Claims (6)
- ネットワーク装置が、入力された無線基地局の設置場所に対応する情報転送装置に対して、該無線基地局の識別情報を通知する工程Aと、

前記接続先の情報転送装置が、受信した前記設置信号に含まれている無線基地局の識別情報を管理していない場合に、該設置信号を前記ネットワーク装置に転送することなく廃棄する工程Eとを有することを特徴とする移動通信方法。 - 前記工程Eにおいて、前記接続先の情報転送装置は、受信した前記設置信号に含まれている無線基地局の識別情報を管理していない場合に、前記無線基地局に対して、該無線基地局の設置場所について前記ネットワーク装置に通知するように指示することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の移動通信方法。

前記無線基地局によって設置時或いは移設時に送信された設置信号に含まれている無線基地局の識別情報を管理している場合に、該設置信号を前記ネットワーク装置に転送するように構成されている転送部とを具備し、
前記転送部は、前記無線基地局によって設置時或いは移設時に送信された設置信号に含まれている無線基地局の識別情報を管理していない場合に、該設置信号を前記ネットワーク装置に転送することなく廃棄するように構成されていることを特徴とする情報転送装置。 - 前記転送部は、前記設置信号に含まれている無線基地局の識別情報を管理していない場合に、前記無線基地局に対して、該無線基地局の設置場所について前記ネットワーク装置に通知するように指示することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の情報転送装置。
