Abstract
従来のウエルプレートを用いた細胞観察では、検査にかかるコストが高かった。ウエルプレート1の天板部2aに開口した各ウエル3は、内周面32aを円錐状に窪ませた縮径部32を備えている。縮径部32の下端部には、挿通孔33が形成されている。検知部4は、丸棒状のリファレンス電極41の外周面を、絶縁部42で覆って構成されている。検知部4は、リファレンス電極41の外周面を絶縁部42で覆わずに外部に露出させた上端部4a及び下端部4bを備えている。下端部4bよりも上端側には、絶縁部42の外周面を測定電極43で覆った拡径部4cが設けられている。検知部4は、拡径部4cを挿通孔33に挿通されてウエル3に固定され、上端部4aをウエル3に収容されている。また、検知部4は、測定電極43の上端面43aを、挿通孔33の周縁に位置する縮経部32の内周面32aと連ならせている。
