Abstract

【課題】インフレータへのブラケットの装着作業によって、ガスの漏出防止も確保することが可能な車両用エアバッグ装置を提供する。 【解決手段】ガスを噴出するインフレータ５が挿入されるインフレータ挿入部４が一体的に形成され、インフレータ挿入部からガスが流入して展開膨張されるエアバッグと、インフレータ挿入部の外側に、当該インフレータ挿入部を部分的に覆って装着されるインフレータ側装着部８を有し、インフレータを車体側に取り付けるためのブラケットと、インフレータ側装着部およびインフレータ挿入部に挿入されたインフレータを包囲して一体化する帯状体１０と、インフレータ側装着部に帯状体に沿って形成され、当該インフレータ側装着部表面８ａとインフレータ挿入部表面４ｂとの段差ｈによって帯状体と当該インフレータ挿入部表面との間に生じる隙間ｓを封鎖する封鎖部１１とを備えた。
