Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Gassackmodul für ein Fahrzeug-Rückhaltesystem mit einem Gassack, mindestens einem Gasgenerator zum Aufblasen des Gassacks sowie mindestens einem im Gassackinneren angeordneten Gasstromverteiler zum gezielten Aufteilen eines vom Gasgenerator erzeugten Gasstroms, wobei der Gasstromverteiler im Gassackinneren so mit dem Gasgenerator verbunden ist, dass dieser mit dem Gasstromverteiler in Strömungsverbindung steht. Erfindungsgemäß ist vorgesehen, dass der Gasgenerator (2) durch eine Gassacköffnung (14) in den Gassack (3, 13) hineinragt und mit dem Rand der Gassacköffnung (14) zumindest abschnittsweise verbunden ist.
