Abstract

A sleeve that combines easy document access with secure storage within a binder file; that holds many documents; and that reduces the amount of sleeve protrusion from the bottom of a binder file. The sleeve includes restraining join (5g) for retaining documents within the sleeve which, especially, when inserted into a binder file, works in combination with a plurality of holes along the edge (5a) and sealed edges (5b) and (5c), and, optionally, individually or in any combination, notch (8i) and open section (9j), for easy document access; notch (8i), for reduced tear stress on joined section (5g); curved element of notch (8i), for easier document access; curved element of notch (8i), for reduced document snagging; and finally a staggering of the upper and lower plurality of holes, (13hu) and (13hl), for reduced protrusion from the bottom of a binder file.
