Abstract

Hüftendoprothesenschaft zur Implantation beim Menschen, mit einem oberen, einen Konus zur Aufnahme eines künstlichen Hüftkopfes tragenden Teil (1) und einer Mehrzahl von dauerelastischen Streben (4), die derart verformt werden können, dass sie von innen gegen den Knochen drücken und somit eine elastische Verankerung des Hüftprothesenschafts im Knochen bewirken, bei der gekennzeichnet, dass der obere Teil (1) mit einer Bohrung versehen ist, dein mit einem Innengewinde versehener unterer Teil vorgesehen ist, wobei sich die Streben (4) zwischen dem oberen und dem unteren Teil (1, 5) erstrecken, und eine Gewindeschraube (2) vorgesehen ist, die durch die Bohrung in dem oberen Teil geführt ist und deren freies Ende in dem unteren Teil (5) schraubt, so dass die Kraft, mit der die Streben (4) gegen den Knochen drücken, durch das ein Anziehen der Gewindeschraube (2) eingestellt werden kann.

Description

Hüftendoprothesenschaft
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Hüftendoprothesenschaft zur Implantation beim Menschen, mit einem oberen, einen Konus zur Aufnahme eines künstlichen Hüftkopfes tragenden Teil und einer Mehrzahl von dauerelastischen Streben, die derart verformt werden können, dass sie von innen gegen den Knochen drücken und somit eine elastische Verankerung des Hüftprothesen- schafts im Knochen bewirken.
Ein derartiger Hüftendoprothesenschaft ist aus der DE 31 13 898 Al bekannt. Bei diesem bekannten Hüftendoprothesenschaft ist eine Einstellung der Kraft, mit der die Streben von innen gegen den Knochen drücken, nicht möglich.
Aus der DE 72 35 643 U ist eine Hüftgelenkkopfprothese bekannt, bei der eine Mehrzahl von innen gegen den Knochen gedrückten Elementen vorgesehen sind, die durch eine axial durch die Elemente durchgeführte Gewindestange fixierbar sind.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zu Grunde, einen Hüftendoprothesenschaft der eingangs genannten Art zu schaffen, bei dem eine Einstellung der Kraft, mit der die Streben gegen den Knochen gedrückt wird, einstellbar ist.
Erfindungsgemäß wird diese Aufgabe durch die Merkmale des Anspruchs 1 gelöst, die Unteransprüche geben vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung an.
Durch die Erfindung wird erreicht, dass der Hüftendoprothesenschaft dauerelastisch im Markraum des menschlichen Oberschenkelknochens fixiert ist, wobei er den natürlichen Bewegungen des Oberschenkelknochens folgen kann und daher ohne vorzeitige Lockerungen und Knochenverlust und damit ohne schmerzhafte Beschwerden folgen kann.
Die Ausbildung erlaubt eine Anpassung an die unterschiedliche Anatomie unterschiedlicher Patienten, sowie die leichte Korrigierbarkeit bei ggf. fehlerhaften Einbringung. Der Eingriff ist leicht erlernbar, besondere computergestützte Systeme sind nicht erforderlich.
Der Hütendoprothesenschaft kann bei auftretenden Lockerungen nachgezogen werden, aufwendige Wechseloperationen werden vermieden.
Der Hüftendoprothesenschaft nach der Erfindung wächst in den oberen weichen spongiösen Knochenanteilen des Oberschenkelknochens ein, im mittleren festen kortikalen Knochenanteil liegt er elastisch an und im unteren Bereich ist er frei beweglich, um die bei Bewegungen entstehenden Biege-, Längen- und Torsionsbewegungen zu tolerieren, so dass keine Lockerungen und Belastungsschmerzen verursacht werden.
Die Erfindung wird im Folgenden anhand einer Zeichnung erläutert, die einen derartigen, in einen Oberschenkelknochen eingebrachten Hüftendoprothesenabschnitt zeigt. Der Hüftendoprothesenschaft besteht aus einem oberen Teil 1, einem unteren Teil 5 und einer Mehrzahl von sich zwischen den Teilen 1, 2 erstreckenden Streben 4 aus einem dauerelastischen Material. Der obere Teil ist mit einer Bohrung versehen, der untere Teil 5 mit einer Gewindebohrung. Eine Gewindeschraube 2 verläuft durch das erste Teil 1 und schraubt mit der Gewindebohrang in dem unterem Teil 5. Bei einem Anziehen der Gewindeschraube 2 werden die Streben 4 sich nach außen wölben und gegen den Knochen drücken, wobei die Andruckkraft durch das Ausmaß des Anziehens der Gewindeschraube 2 bestimmt wird.
Der obere Teil 1 und der untere Teil 2 sind mit halbkugelförmigen Vertiefungen versehen, die oberen bzw. die unteren, entsprechend halbkugelförmig ausgebildeten Enden der Streben aufnehmen, so dass eine Torsion der Streben in den beiden Teilen möglich ist.
Der untere Teil 1 ist mit axial verlaufenden Rippen 6 versehen, die gegen den Knochen anliegen und als Verdrehsicherung dienen.
Eine Sicherungsschraube 3, die durch das erste Teil 1 geführt ist, wirkt gegen die Gewindeschraube 2 und hindert die an einer unerwünschten Lockerung.
Der Elastizitätsmodul der Streben sollten dem des Oberschenkelknochens entsprechen, damit bei Bewegungen keine Friktionen zwischen Streben und Knochen auftreten.

Claims

Patentansprüche
1. Hüftendoprothesenschaft zur Implantation beim Menschen, mit einem oberen, einen Konus zur Aufnahme eines künstlichen Hüftkopfes tragenden Teil (1) und einer Mehrzahl von dauerelastischen Streben (4), die derart verformt werden können, dass sie von innen gegen den Knochen drücken und somit eine elastische Verankerung des Hüftprothesenschafts im Knochen bewirken, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der obere Teil (1) mit einer Bohrung versehen ist, dass ein mit einem Innengewinde versehener unterer Teil vorgesehen ist, wobei sich die Streben (4) zwischen dem oberen und dem unteren Teil (1, 5) erstrecken, und dass eine Gewindeschraube (2) vorgesehen ist, die durch die Bohrung in dem oberen Teil geführt ist und deren freies Ende in dem unteren Teil (5) schraubt, so dass die Kraft, mit der die Streben (4) gegen den Knochen drücken, durch das ein Anziehen der Gewindeschraube (2) eingestellt werden kann.
2. Hüftendoprothesenschaft nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der obere Teil (1) und der untere Teil (5) mit die oberen bzw. die unteren halbkugelförmigen Enden der Streben (4) aufnehmenden halbkugelförmigen Vertiefungen versehen sind.
3. Hüftendoprothesenschaft nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der untere Teil (5) mit einer gegen den Knochen wirkenden Verdrehsicherung (6) versehen ist.
4. Hüftendoprothesenschaft nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch eine durch den oberen Teil (1) geführte, auf die Gewindeschraube (7) wirkende Sicherungsschraube (3).
5. Hüftendoprothesenschaft nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Elastizitätsmodul der Streben (4) dem des menschlichen Knochens entspricht.
