【物品用途】本新式樣物品，係用來盛裝例如液狀流體、粉狀物品或固狀物品等之容器，透過此外包裝以營造出產品的精緻與價值感。【創作特點】本創作涉及一種容器的裝飾性設計，特別地指一種新穎美觀「容器」之新式樣。本新式樣容器，外觀主要特徵包括一個縱斷面略呈”六角形”的主體，其前端部截去上、下角隅側視時略成一個橫置梯形狀的上底部，在正面幾乎修飾成半圓形輪廓，於其上部和下部分別形成一個略呈”U”字形的傾斜面，及上部的傾斜面上形成一個突出大徑圍的圓柱形的口部和一個相對應的蓋部；又，本體後端部，相對側對稱地形成有一凹部，橫斷方向略呈一，凸”字形狀等。整體的構成方式及富有動感的組成，頗能表達細緻的視覺美感與具體的內涵，線條舒展流暢，樣態雅緻清新，饒富視覺美感之新穎新式樣設計者。本新式樣「容器」如附圖所示，基本上包括一個水平方向寬度較小，垂直方向高度比例相對較大，側面方向寬度相當於垂直方向高度，略成一個縱高之扁平的矩形主體，整體輪廓角隅方正有型、稜角稜線格外分明。從立體圖及前視圖觀之，本體前端部高度略低，在正面幾乎修飾成一個半圓柱形，於其上部和下部分別自深度方向往前方方向截去上、下角隅，在上部形成一個向前方傾斜略呈”U”字形的傾斜面，及在下部形成一個向前方傾斜略呈”U”字形的傾斜面，側視時本體縱斷面方向略呈一個”六角形”輪廓，其前端部則略成一個橫置的梯形狀。及，本體前端部，在該上部的傾斜面上形成一個突出大徑圍之圓柱形的短頸部，該頸部內側包含一個大直徑的廣口部，及一個與頸部相對應之大徑圍的圓柱形蓋部，覆設在該頸部上方及口部之外側。從側視圖及俯視圖觀之，本體後端部高度略高，與上述位於前端部上部的傾斜面之間存在有一高低落差，在其左、右側沿高度方向對稱地形成一個角型的凹部，橫斷面方向略呈一”凸”字形，且沿該角型凹部的表面分別綴飾有若干垂直方向之半圓形的凸條等。如上述之容器，整體觀之造形極富新穎特徵。綜上所述，本新式樣「容器」，藉由俐落、靈活舒展的線條，表達出一種動感的原創性，創作特色和諧地融合各構成間的視覺條件，獲致最佳的效果及整體的協調性，並且對質感修飾反應出造形物的精緻感覺等，都積極展現商品之親和力與優質感，予人產生優雅、鮮明、清新與舒適的印象。[Item Usage] This new style item is used to hold liquid, powder or solid items, etc., and creates a sense of refinement and value through packaging.
