【物品用途】;本新式樣物品，係用來盛裝例如液狀流體等物品，藉由其特殊瓶體造形以營造出美觀及高價值感。;【創作特點】;本創作涉及一種瓶的裝飾性設計，特別地指一種新穎美觀「瓶」之新式樣；本新式樣瓶，外觀主要特徵包括一個橫斷面呈橢圓形輪廓、中端鼓出並朝底端和頂端逐漸變小的瓶體，上端部形成有一個橢圓的肩部及自該肩部朝上方伸設有一個短頸部等。整體外觀具有流暢曲線及莊嚴的神情，表達出一種細緻的視覺美感與具體的內涵，線條舒展流暢，樣態雅緻清新，饒富視覺美感之新穎新式樣設計者。;本新式樣「瓶」如附圖所示，基本上包括一個短軸方向約為長軸方向4/5橫斷面呈橢圓形、縱向高度比例較大之瓶體，無論是從前後視圖或側視圖看，中端部徑圍最大成朝外側鼓出，該瓶體下端部約自高度1/2往下方修飾成徑圍逐漸變小，在底端形成一個橢圓形底部；及，瓶體上端部約自高度1/2往上方修飾成徑圍逐漸變小，在頂端形成一個橢圓形的肩部，及自該肩部中心往上方伸設有一個筆直的短頸部；又，沿此頸部至瓶口處外側修飾有一個突出、環形的凸緣部，及該環形凸緣部外側環繞有一個半圓形的粗螺紋等。此外，從晶瑩剔透之瓶體外部可透視一個猶如透鏡般、厚實的玻璃底部。如上述之瓶，整體觀之造形極富新穎特徵。;綜上所述，本新式樣瓶，藉由俐落、靈活舒展的線條，表達出一種動感的原創性，創作特色和諧地融合各構成間的視覺條件，獲致最佳的效果及整體的協調性，並且對質感修飾反應出造形物的精緻感覺等，都積極展現商品親和力與優質感，予人產生優雅、鮮明、清新與舒適的印象。[Purpose of the item] This new style item is used to hold items such as liquid fluids, and its special bottle shape creates a sense of beauty and high value. In addition, a thick glass bottom like a lens can be seen from the outside of the crystal clear bottle.
