EFFECT: reduced consumption of binder in the mixture for making heat-insulation boards.

В процессе приготовления массы для производства плит используют гидропушитель, в который подают воду (с избытком) и макулатуру, предварительно нарезанную на куски площадью 2-16 см2. После распушивания макулатуры из образовавшейся массы удаляют излишнее количество воды, перекачивают ее в емкость, где массу перемешивают в течение 10-15 мин с мочевиноформальдегидной смолой, крахмалом. Затем добавляют карбонатный песок, гидролизный лигнин фосфогипс и осуществляют перемешивание еще в течение 1-3 мин. Масса для производства теплоизоляционных плит, включающая воду, макулатуру, фосфогипс, мочевиноформальдегидную смолу, крахмал, отличающаяся тем, что дополнительно содержит гидролизный лигнин и карбонатный песок, причем компоненты находятся при следующем соотношении, мас.ч.:
вода 340-360 макулатура 160-200 фосфогипс 50-60 мочевиноформальдегидная смола 3-4 крахмал 2-3 гидролизный лигнин 3-4 карбонатный песок 160-200
