Claims (37)
1. Устройство для доставки аэрозоля, содержащее:
управляющий корпус;
картридж, содержащий резервуар, по меньшей мере частично заполненный композицией предшественника аэрозоля, причем картридж выполнен с возможностью приема потока воздуха от управляющего корпуса;
устройство объемного типа, выполненное с возможностью выдачи композиции предшественника аэрозоля из резервуара; и
распылитель, содержащий нагревательный элемент, выполненный с возможностью нагревания композиции предшественника аэрозоля, принятой от резервуара, для добавления пара к потоку воздуха и формирования аэрозоля.
2. Устройство для доставки аэрозоля по п. 1, в котором распылитель дополнительно содержит диск нагревателя и/или колпачок, причем нагревательный элемент соединен с диском нагревателя или колпачком, встроен в диск нагревателя или колпачок, или выполнен печатным способом на диске нагревателя или колпачке.
3. Устройство для доставки аэрозоля по п. 1, в котором распылитель образует камеру, а нагревательный элемент расположен в указанной камере.
4. Устройство для доставки аэрозоля по п. 1, содержащее по меньшей мере два одноходовых клапана, открывающихся в противоположных направлениях, для обеспечения возможности попеременного перемещения композиции предшественника аэрозоля из резервуара и в распылитель.
5. Устройство для доставки аэрозоля по любому из пп. 1-4, в котором устройство объемного типа содержит исполнительный механизм, поршень и корпус насоса, причем исполнительный механизм выполнен с возможностью смещения поршня в корпусе насоса для выдачи композиции предшественника аэрозоля из резервуара.
6. Устройство для доставки аэрозоля по п. 5, в котором резервуар содержит корпус насоса.
7. Устройство для доставки аэрозоля по п. 5, в котором поршень выполнен с возможностью перемещения текучей среды из корпуса насоса в резервуар.
8. Устройство для доставки аэрозоля по п. 7, в котором резервуар содержит мешок с предшественником аэрозоля.
9. Устройство для доставки аэрозоля по п. 5, в котором исполнительный механизм выполнен с возможностью перемещения поршня в первом направлении для втягивания композиции предшественника аэрозоля из резервуара в корпус насоса и выполнен с возможностью перемещения поршня в противоположном втором направлении для направления композиции предшественника аэрозоля из корпуса насоса к распылителю.
10. Устройство для доставки аэрозоля по п. 9, дополнительно содержащее клапанный узел, выполненный с возможностью размещения между корпусом насоса и резервуаром.
11. Устройство для доставки аэрозоля по любому из пп. 1-4, в котором распылитель дополнительно содержит трубку для доставки текучей среды, выполненную с возможностью доставки композиции предшественника аэрозоля к нагревательному элементу.
12. Устройство для доставки аэрозоля по п. 11, в котором канавка, сформированная на конце трубки для доставки текучей среды, выполнена с возможностью приема композиции предшественника аэрозоля,
причем нагревательный элемент определяет по меньшей мере одно из следующего: размер, форму и узор, которое по существу согласовано с канавкой.
13. Устройство для доставки аэрозоля по любому из пп. 1-4, в котором нагревательный элемент образует трубчатую конструкцию.
14. Устройство для доставки аэрозоля по п. 13, в котором распылитель дополнительно содержит трубку для доставки текучей среды, которая расположена рядом с нагревательным элементом и коллинеарна нагревательному элементу.
15. Устройство для доставки аэрозоля по любому из пп. 1-4, в котором картридж дополнительно содержит основание, а управляющий корпус дополнительно содержит соединитель,
причем основание и соединитель выполнены с возможностью направления композиции предшественника аэрозоля из резервуара через них к распылителю.
16. Устройство для доставки аэрозоля по п. 15, в котором управляющий корпус дополнительно содержит источник электроэнергии, а основание и соединитель выполнены с возможностью формирования электрического соединения между ними.
17. Устройство для доставки аэрозоля по п. 15, в котором картридж выполнен с возможностью приема потока воздуха из управляющего корпуса через соединитель и основание.
18. Способ образования аэрозоля в устройстве для доставки аэрозоля, включающий:
направление потока воздуха из управляющего корпуса сквозь картридж, содержащий резервуар, по меньшей мере частично заполненный композицией предшественника аэрозоля,
выдачу композиции предшественника аэрозоля из резервуара к распылителю, содержащему нагревательный элемент, посредством устройства объемного типа, и
нагревание композиции предшественника аэрозоля, выданной из резервуара, посредством нагревательного элемента для образования аэрозоля.
19. Способ по п. 18, в котором нагревание композиции предшественника аэрозоля включает нагревание композиции предшественника аэрозоля в камере.
20. Способ по п. 18 или 19, в котором выдача композиции предшественника аэрозоля включает смещение поршня в корпусе насоса посредством исполнительного механизма.
21. Способ по п. 20, в котором смещение поршня в корпусе насоса включает смещение поршня в резервуаре.
22. Способ по п. 20, в котором смещение поршня в корпусе насоса включает смещение текучей среды из корпуса насоса в резервуар.
23. Способ по п. 22, в котором смещение текучей среды из корпуса насоса в резервуар включает смещение композиции предшественника аэрозоля из мешка с предшественником аэрозоля в резервуар.
24. Способ по п. 20, в котором смещение поршня в корпусе насоса включает перемещение поршня в первом направлении для втягивания композиции предшественника аэрозоля из резервуара в корпус насоса и перемещение поршня в противоположном втором направлении для направления композиции предшественника аэрозоля из корпуса насоса к распылителю.
25. Способ по п. 24, дополнительно включающий предотвращение протекания композиции предшественника аэрозоля из распылителя в корпус насоса и предотвращение протекания композиции предшественника аэрозоля из корпуса насоса в резервуар посредством клапанного узла.
26. Способ по п. 18 или 19, в котором выдача композиции предшественника аэрозоля из резервуара к распылителю включает доставку композиции предшественника аэрозоля посредством трубки для доставки текучей среды к нагревательному элементу.
27. Способ по п. 26, в котором доставка композиции предшественника аэрозоля посредством трубки для доставки текучей среды к нагревательному элементу включает доставку композиции предшественника аэрозоля к канавке, сформированной на конце трубки для доставки текучей среды,
причем нагревание композиции предшественника аэрозоля включает нагревание композиции предшественника аэрозоля в канавке.
