Устройство для регулирования натяжения ленточного материала, содержащее приводной электродвигатель, датчик натяжения, задатчик натяжения, усилитель мощности, блок вычисления теоретического радиуса рулона, соединенный своим входом с валом электродвигателя и два сумматора, отличающееся тем, что дополнительно содержит блок масштабирования, блок деления и датчик тока, при этом приводной электродвигатель подключен к усилителю мощности через датчик тока, выход которого соединен с входом блока масштабирования, связанного своим выходом с первым входом блока деления, второй вход которого соединен с датчиком натяжения, а выход соединен с первым входом первого сумматора, второй вход которого связан с выходом блока вычисления теоретического радиуса, выход первого сумматора подключен к входу задатчика натяжения, соединенного своим выходом с первым входом второго сумматора, второй вход которого подключен к датчику натяжения, а выход связан с входом усилителя мощности.A device for adjusting the tension of the tape material, comprising a drive motor, a tension sensor, a tension adjuster, a power amplifier, a theoretical radius radius calculation unit connected by its input to the motor shaft and two adders, characterized in that it further comprises a scaling unit, a division unit and a current sensor while the drive motor is connected to the power amplifier through a current sensor, the output of which is connected to the input of the scaling unit, connected by its output to the first input of the division unit, the second input of which is connected to the tension sensor, and the output is connected to the first input of the first adder, the second input of which is connected to the output of the theoretical radius calculation unit, the output of the first adder is connected to the input of the tension adjuster connected by its output to the first input of the second adder the second input of which is connected to the tension sensor, and the output is connected to the input of the power amplifier.
