Claims (13)
1. Применение двухосно-ориентированной пленки с пористым слоем, которая содержит пропиленовый полимер и по меньшей мере один β-зародышеобразователь, и микропористость которой создается за счет преобразования β-кристаллического полипропилена при вытягивании пленки, для этикетирования сосудов при глубокой вытяжке.
2. Применение по п.1, отличающееся тем, что пористость слоя соответствует значению по Gurley от >50 до 5000 с.
3. Применение по п.1, отличающееся тем, что пористость слоя соответствует значению по Gurley от >5000 до 300000 с, предпочтительно от 8000 до 250000 с.
4. Применение по одному из пп.1-3, отличающееся тем, что плотность пленки составляет от 0,2 до 0,80 г/см3.
5. Применение по одному из пп.1-3, отличающееся тем, что микропористый слой содержит гомополимер пропилена и/или блок-сополимер пропилена.
6. Применение по одному из пп.1-3, отличающееся тем, что микропористый слой содержит смесь гомополимера пропилена и блок-сополимера пропилена, и их соотношение находится в интервале от 90:10 до 10:90.
7. Применение по одному из пп.1-3, отличающееся тем, что микропористый слой содержит от 0,001 до 5 вес.% β-зародышеобразователя от веса, содержащего β-зародышеобразователь слоя.
8. Применение по одному из пп.1-3, отличающееся тем, что зародышеобразователь является кальциевой солью пимелиновой кислоты, или пробковой кислоты, или карбоксамидом.
9. Применение по одному из пп.1-3, отличающееся тем, что микропористый слой на одной стороне снабжен покровным слоем.
10. Применение по одному из пп.1-3, отличающееся тем, что пленку получают способом растяжки и температура съемных валиков находится в интервале от 60 до 130°C.
11. Применение по одному из пп.1-3, отличающееся тем, что нанесенная этикетка не имеет дефектов типа "апельсиновой корки".
12. Способ получения этикетированного сосуда при помощи глубокой вытяжки, по которому нарезанные этикетки укладываются в форму и пригодную для глубокой вытяжки толстую пленку с помощью нагревательного элемента нагревают до температуры, при которой полимер способен термопластично деформироваться, и затем пленку с помощью формовочного инструмента или пневматически затягивают в форму так, чтобы пленка принимала форму пресс-формы и образовывала сосуд, и одновременно приклеивается вложенная этикетка, отличающийся тем, что этикетка состоит из двухосно-ориентированной пленки с микропористым слоем, который имеет сетчатую структуру с открытыми порами, которая возникла при получении пленки в результате превращения β-кристаллического полипропилена в α-кристаллический полипропилен при вытягивании, причем микропористый слой обращен к сосуду.
13. Двухосно-ориентированная пленка с микропористым слоем, которая содержит пропиленовый полимер и по меньшей мере один β-зародышеобразователь, и микропористость которой образуется в результате преобразования β-кристаллического полипропилена при вытягивании пленки, отличающаяся тем, что значение Gurley для пористого слоя находится в интервале от 100000 до 500000 с.
