Abstract

Invenţia se referă la un amestec de copolimeri, având compoziţie variabilă continuu, la un procedeu de obţinere şi la o compoziţie lubrifiantă, amestecul de copolimeri fiind utilizat ca ameliorator al punctului de congelare sau al indicelui de viscozitate. Amestecul de copolimeri având compoziţie variabilă continuu, conform invenţiei, este alcătuit din doi sau mai mulţi monomeri copolimerizabili în raport procentual în greutate de X/Y...YX, cu valoarea până la 100%, în care n este un număr întreg, a cărui valoare este 2...10. Monomerii copolimerizabili sunt selectaţi dintre monomeri vinilaromatici, compuşi ciclici, conţinând azot, alfa-olefine, esteri de alcool vinilic, halogenuri de vinil, nitrili de vinil, derivaţi de acid acrilic sau acid metacrilic, derivaţi de acid maleic şi derivaţi de acid fumaric. Procedeul conform invenţiei constă din cinci etape de polimerizare, în etapa d, polimerizarea realizându-se astfel încât să corespundă unor valori absolute X...Xsau Y...Yde 20...50%, rezultând minimum 4 copolimeri diferiţi. Compoziţia lubrifiantă, conform invenţiei, este constituită din ulei lubrifiant şi 0,05...70% în greutate amestec de copolimeri, obţinut prin procedeul conform invenţiei.
