Płyta Balistyczna Kulkowa z wytrzymałego i stabilnego materiału o wysokiej wytrzymałości chemicznej i zmęczeniowej, charakteryzuje się tym, że płyta balistyczna (1) utworzona ze stabilizatora podstawy (2) na którym znajdują się dołki wpustowe, w których zamocowane są kulki balistyczne warstwowe (3), ze  stykami kulek balistycznych i otworami łączeń, w które wchodzą kulki balistyczne zamykające (6).
