Wynalazek przedstawia przekąski mięsne w formie plastrów kiełbasy, wyprodukowanej z wysokiej jakości mięsa wieprzowego, przy zastosowaniu oryginalnych przypraw smakowych jak jałowiec oraz sposób wytwarzania przekąsek mięsnych, przy którym zastosowano obróbkę termiczną obejmującą procesy parzenia, wędzenia i suszenia. Przekąski mięsne w formie plastrów przeznaczone są do bezpośredniego spożycia na zimno.
