Claims (17)
- 0.2중량% 이하의 황 함량을 갖는 연료유 조성물의 윤활성을 향상시키기 위한 저온 흐름 개선제의 용도.
- 원유를 정제시켜 황 함량이 적은 연료유를 제조하고, 저온 흐름 개선제를 정제된 생성물과 블렌딩시켜, 0.2 중량% 이항의 황 함량을 갖고 60℃에서 HFRR(High Frequency Reciprocating Rig) 시험에 의해 측정시 500㎛ 이하의 마모 흔적 직경을 제공하는 윤활성을 갖는 연료유 조성물을 제공함을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 윤활성이 향상된 석유 기제 연료유의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 저온 흐름 개선제가 화학식 >NR13은 탄소수 8 내지 40의 하이드로카빌 그룹을 나타낸다)의 하나 이상의 치환제를 갖는 유용성(oil-soluble) 극성 질소 화합물이며, 이때 상기 치환체 또는 치환체들중 하나 이상이 이들로부터 유도된 양이온의 형태일 수도 있는 용도 또는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 저온 흐름 개선제가 에틸렌-불포화된 에스테르 공중합체인 용도 또는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 저온 흐름 개선제가 6개 이상의 탄소원자를 함유하는 측쇄를 갖는 단독중 합체 또는 중합체 단위의 25몰% 이상이 상기와 같은 측쇄를 갖는 공중합체를 포함하는 콤(comb) 중합체인 용도 또는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 2개 이상의 저온 흐름 개선제가 존재하는 용도 또는 방법.
- 다량의 석유-기재 연료유, 및 소량의, 하학식 >NR13(여기에서, R13은 탄소수 8 내지 40의 하이드로카빌 그룹을 나타낸다)의 하나 이상의 치환체를 갖는 유용성 극성 질소 화합물을 포함하고 상기 치환체 또는 치환체 들중 하나 이상의 이들로부터 유도된 양이온의 형태로 존재할 수도 있는 저온 흐름 개선제를 포함함을 특징으로 하고, 황 함량이 0.2중량% 이하인 조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서, R13이 탄소수 12 내지 24의 지방족 하이드로카빌 그룹을 나타내는 조성물.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 하이드로카빌 그룹이 직쇄 알킬 그룹인 조성물.
- 제7항 내지 9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하학식 <NR13이 -NR13R14이고, 이때 R14가 수소 또는 R13을 나타내나, 단 R13및 R14는 동일하거나 상이할 수도 있는 조성물.
- 제7항 내지 10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 저온 흐름 개선제가 2개 이상의 상기 극성 질소 화합물을 포함하는 조성물.
- 제7항 내지 11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 저온 흐름 개선제가 에틸렌-불포화된 에스테르 공중합체를 추가로 포함하는 조성물.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 공중합체가 에틸렌으로부터 유도된 단위이외에, 하기 화학식(1)의 단위를 갖는 조성물 :-CR1R2-CHR3- (I)상기 식에서, R1은 수소 또는 메틸이고, R2는 COOR4(여기서, R4는 탄소수 1 내지 9의 알킬 그룹을 나타내고, 상기 그룹은 직쇄이거나 또는 3개 이상의 탄소원자를 함유하는 경우 분지된다)이거나, 또는 R2는 OOCR5(여기서 R5는 R4또는 H를 나타낸다)이고, R3는 H 또는 COOR4이다.
- 제1항 13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 연료유의 중량을 기준으로 0.001 내지 1중량%의 저온 흐름 개선제 또는 개선제들이 존재하는 용도, 방법 또는 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 조성물의 황 함량이 0.05중량% 이하인 용도, 방법 또는 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 15항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 연료유가 중간 증류가 연료유인 용도, 방법 또는 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제3항 내지 16항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 윤할성이 60℃에서 HFRR 시험(이전에 정의됨)에 의해 측정시 500㎛ 이하의 마모 흔적 직경을 제공하는 용도 또는 조성물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
