Description
Claims (15)
- 상단부로부터 기체를 관내로 도입시켜, 하단부로부터 기체를 액체 속으로 분출시켜서 기액 접촉시키는 기액 접촉용 기체 분산관으로서, 이 관의 상단부가 하방으로 향해서 그의 수평 단면적이 축소되는 축소관 구조로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 기액 접촉용 기체 분산관.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기체 분산관은 적관의 상단에 하방으로 향해서 그의 단면적이 축소되는 축소관을 착탈 가능하게 연결시킨 구조를 갖는 기액 접촉용 기체 분산관.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 축소관의 상단부 내주면이 상방 외방으로 확대되는 곡면으로 형성된 것인 기액 접촉용 기체 분산관.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 곡면이 원호상 곡면이며, 그 원호의 곡율 반경이 직관부의 내경의 1/20∼1배의 범위인 기액 접촉용 기체 분산과.
- 상단부로부터 기체를 관내로 도입시키고, 하단부로부터 기체를 액체 속으로 분출시켜서 기액 접촉시키는 기액 접촉용 기체 분산관으로서, 이 관의 하단부가 하방으로 향해서 그의 수평 단면적이 축소되는 노즐구조로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 기액 접촉용 기체 분산관.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 기체 분산관이 직관의 하단에 하방으로 향해서 그의 단면적이 축소되는 노즐구조의 단관을 착탈 가능하게 연결시킨 구조를 갖는 기액 접촉용 기체 분산관.
- 상단부로부터 기체를 관래로 도입시키고, 하단부로부터 기체를 액체속으로 분출시켜서 기액 접촉시키는 기액 접촉용 기체 분산관으로서, 그의 하단부의 관내에 하방으로 향해서 그의 수평단면적이 확대되는 기체안내부재를 관내벽면과의 사이에 간격을 두고 설치한 구조를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 기액 접촉용 기체 분산관.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 기체 안내부재는 하방으로 향해서 그의 수평 절단면이 단면적이 증대하도록 하는 경사면을 갖는 회전 대칭체인 기액 접촉용 기체 분산관.
- 제7항 또는 8항에 있어서, 상기 기체안내 부재는 중공체의 관본체의 중심선으로부터 방사상으로 뻗는 판체로 고정되어 있는 기액 접촉용 기체 분산관.
- 제5항 내지 9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 관의 상단부가 하방향으로 향해서 그의 수평 단면적이 축소되는 축소관 구조로 형성되어 있는 기액 접촉용 기체 분산관.
- 기체를 격판에 형성된 다수의 투공에 수직설치된 기액 접촉용 기체 분산관을 통하여 통내에 수용되어있는 액체속으로 불어넣는 공정을 갖는 기액 접촉방법에 있어서, 상기 기액 접촉용 기체 분산관으로서 청구의 범위 제1항 내지 10항 중 어느 한 항의 기체 분산관을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기액 접촉 방법.
- 오염물질을 포함하는 배기기체를 흡수액과 접촉시켜서 정화하는 방법에 있어서, (ⅰ) 배기기체속에 흡수액을 미립자 상으로 분무하고 배기기체와 흡수액 입자를 접촉시키는 제1정화공정, (ⅱ) 상기 제1정화공정에서 얻은 배기기체와 흡수액 입자와의 혼합물을 기체 분산관내를 기액 혼상 흐름으로서 유통시키고 배기기체와 흡수액 입자를 기체 분산관내에서 긴밀하게 접촉시키는 제2정화공정, (ⅲ) 상기 제2정화공정으로부터의 배기기체와 흡수액 입자와의 기액 혼상 흐름을 이 분산관의 선단부를 통하여 흡수액 속으로 불어 넣던가 또는 흡수액의 표면으로 충동시킴으로써 흡수액과 접촉시키는 제3정화공정으로 이루어지고 상기 기체분산관으로서 제1항 내지 10항 중 어느 한 항의 기체 분산관을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기기체의 처리방법.
- 기체를 격판에 형성된 다수의 투공에 수직설치된 기액 접촉용 기체 분산관을 통하여 통내로 수용되어 있는 액체 속으로 불어 넣는 구조를 갖는 기액 접촉장치에 있어서, 상기 기체 분산관으로서 제1항 내지 10항중 어느 한 항의 기체 분산관을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기액 접촉용 장치.
- 하나의 격판에 의해서 그의 내부가 제1실과 그의 상방으로 인접하는 제2실로 구획된 밀폐용기와 제2실의 주벽에 설치된 배기기체 입구와, 제1실의 주벽에 설치된 정화 배기기체 출구와, 제2실 내의 상부에 설치된 흡수액 스프레이 장치와 격판에 설치된 제1실과 제2실을 연락하는 다수의 투공과, 그 투공내에 설치된 기체분산관을 구비한 것으로서, 상기 기체 분산관으로서 제1항 내지 10항 중 어느 한 항의 기체 분산관을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기기체 처리장치.
- 2개의 격판에 의해서 그 내부가 제1실과 제1실의 상방에 인접하는 제2실과 제2실의 상방에 인접하는 제3실로 구획된 밀폐용기와 제2실의 주벽에 설치된 배기기체 입구와 제3실의 주벽에 설치된 정화 배기기체 출구와, 제2실내의 상부에 설치된 흡수액 스프레이 장치와, 제1실과 제2실을 격리시키는 격판에 설치된 제1실과 제2실을 연락하는 다수의 투공과, 그 투공에 설치된 기체 분산관과 제1실과 제3실을 연락시키는 연통관을 구비한 것으로서, 상기 기체 분산관으로서 제1항 내지 10항 중 어느 한 항의 기체 분산관을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기기체 처리장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
