Abstract
본 발명은 냉각회로로 가스 매질, 특히 공기의 습기 함량을 감소시키기 위한 장치에 관한 것이다. 효율을 증대시키기 위해, 이러한 형태의 장치는 공지된 냉각장치(10)에 연결되며 중공 몸체(16)로 설계된 증발기(11)를 포함한다. 상기 증발기(11)는 프레온과 같은 냉각제가 흐르는 파이프 코일(17), 및 서로 평행하며 바람직하게는 파이프 코일(17)에 대해 수직으로 놓인 리브(18)를 포함하고, 상기 리브(18)사이로 가스 매질이 가스 흐름의 형태로 제1방향으로 안내된다. 중공 몸체(16)는 사이 공간(20)을 형성하도록 외부 하우징(12)에 의해 둘러싸이고, 상기 사이 공간(20)을 통해 가스흐름이 제1방향과는 반대방향인 제2방향으로 안내된다.

Claims (11)
- 냉각회로로 가스 매질, 특히 공기의 습기 함량을 감소시키기 위한 장치에 있어서, 장치가 공지된 냉각장치(10)에 접속되고, 중공 몸체(16)로 형성된 증발기(11)를 포함하며, 상기 증발기(11)는 프레온과 같은 냉각제가 흐르는 파이프 코일(17), 및 서로 평행하며 바람직하게는 파이프 코일(17)에 대해 수직으로 놓인 리브(18)를 포함하고, 상기 리브(18)사이로 가스 매질이 가스 흐름의 형태로 제1방향으로 안내되며, 중공 몸체(16)는 사이공간(20)을 형성하도록 외부 하우징(12)에 의해 둘러싸이고, 상기 사이 공간(20)을 통해 가스흐름이 제1방향과는 반대방향인 제2방향으로 안내되는 것을 특징으로 하는 매질의 습기 함량을 감소시키기 위한 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 내식성 강섬유로된 링형 장치로 형성된 응축물 분리기(21)가 중공 몸체(16) 및 하우징(12) 사이의 사이 공간(20)영역에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 매질의 습기 함량을 감소시키기 위한 장치.
- 상기 항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 응축물 분리기(21)에 접속된 제1응축물 배출 트랩(22)이 하우징(12)에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 매질의 습기 함량을 감소시키기 위한 장치.
- 상기 항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 가스 흐흠이 제1방향과 반대인, 제2방향으로 안내되는 플랜지 네크를 갖춘 관형 개구(23)가 하우징(12)에 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 매질의 습기 함량을 감소시키기 위한 장치.
- 상기 항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하우징(12)은 관형으로 형성되며, 상기 하우징의 한 단부는 캡(13)에 의해 밀봉되고, 상기 하우징의 다른 단부에는 단부 부품에 의해 밀봉될 수 있거나 또는 열교환기(15)에 접속될 수 있는 플랜지(14)가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 매질의 습기 함량을 감소시키기 위한 장치.
- 상기 항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 장치가 리브(31)를 갖춘 파이프 조립체(29)를 둘러싸는 용기(29a)로 형성된 기체/기체 열교환기(15)를 포함하고, 상기 용기의 한 단부에는 증발기(11)에 대한 연결 플랜지(26)가 제공되고 그것의 다른 단부에는 가스 유입구(28)가 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 매질의 습기 함량을 감소시키기 위한 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 파이프 조립체(29)의 파이프(30)는 서로 평행하게 그리고 용기의 종방향에 대해 평행하게 배치되고, 파이프 조립체(29)의 양 단부는 용기(29a)를 밀봉시키는 플레이트(32,33)를 포함하며, 파이프(30)의 내부에서 가스 흐름은 제1방향으로 안내되고, 파이프(30)의 외부에서는 가스 흐름이 제1방향과 반대 방향인 제2방향으로 안내되는 것을 특징으로 하는 매질의 습기 함량을 감소시키기 위한 장치.
- 제6항 및 7항에 있어서, 러브를 갖춘 파이프 조립체(29)가 용기(29a)의 벽으로부터 이격되어 배치되고, 구불구불한 형태로 리브(31)에 대해 평행한 가스 흐름을 만들기 위한 격판(35)이 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 매질의 습기 함량을 감소시키기 위한 장치.
- 제6항 내지 8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 공기 배출구(36)가 용기(29a)에 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 매질의 습기 함량을 감소시키기 위한 장치.
- 제6항 내지 9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 필터(37)가 가스 유입구(28)의 영역에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 매질의 습기 함량을 감소시키기 위한 장치.
- 제2응축물 배출 트랩(38)이 증발기(11)에 대한 연결 플랜지(26)의 영역에 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제6항 내지 10항중 어느 한 항에 따른 건조기.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
