Abstract
본 발명의 자동차용 제어기는 통신 케이블(6)에 의해서 서로간에 연결되어 있는 변속기 제어기와 엔진 제어기(2)를 포함하고 있다. 이른바 엔진 특성 및 새시특성의 기능 유니트라 불리는 자동차의 엔진(1)과 새시의 데이터에 좌우되는 변속기 제어기의 기능 유니트들은 엔진 제어기(2)내에 일체형으로 통합되어 있다. 변속기의 데이터에 따르는 기능을 가진 기능 유니트들은 컴퓨터 제어 기어 변속수단(4)에 포함되어 있다. 변속기를 제어하는데 필요한 데이터는 통신채널(6)을 통해서 엔진 제어기(2)와 기어 변속수단(4)사이에서 교환된다. 퍼지논리로 구성될 수 있는 변속 포인트 선택 제어기(22)는 엔진 제어기(2)내에 포함되어 있다.

제 2도는 제1도에 따른 구동장치의 제어를 도시한 블록선도이다.
Claims (10)
- 통신 채널(6)에 의해서 서로간에 연결된 변속기 제어기와 엔진 제어기(2)를 포함하고, 있고, 자동변속기(3)를 구비한 자동차용 제어기에 있어서, 자동차의 엔진(1) 및 새시의 데이터에 따르는 변속기 제어기의 기능 유니트가 상기 엔진 제어기(2)내에 일체로 형성되어 있고, 상기 자동변속기(3)의 데이터에 따르는 기능 유니트는 상기 변속기의 컴퓨터 제어 기어변속 수단(4)에 포함되어 있고, 그리고 상기 자동변속기(3)를 제어하는데 필요한 데이터는 상기 통신 채널(6)을 통해서 상기 엔진 제어기(2)와 상기 기어변속 수단(4)사이에서 교환되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 제어기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 엔진 제어기(2)내에 변속 포인트 선택 제어기(22)가 포함되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 제어기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 엔진 제어기(2)내에 회로장치가 포함되어 있고, 상기 회로장치에 의해서 운전자의 운전특성(24)이 분류되고, 상기 변속 포인트 선택 제어기(22)에 의해서 자동차의 운행노선이 평가되며, 동적 변속 포인트 수정이 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 제어기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 실제의 엔진 토오크, 바라는 변속기 전달비, 변환기 록업 클러치의 바라는 슬립 및 실제 엔진 토오크의 감소는 엔진제어기(2)에 의해서 기어변속수단(4)에 전달되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 제어기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 바라는 변속기의 전달비의 허용과 관련된 데이터, 실제 변속기의 전달비, 변환기 록업 클러치의 실제의 슬립 및 바라는 토오크의 감소가 기어변속수단(4)에 의해서 엔진 제어기(2)에 전달되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 제어기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 기어변속 수단의 기능의 고장과 제한에 관한 데이터와, 변속기의 온도에 관한 데이터와, 변환기의 부스팅에 관한 데이터와, 그리고 기어 변속레버 위치에 관한 데이터는 기어변속수단(4)에 의해서 엔진에 전달되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 제어기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 점화기가 켜질 때 자동차와 변속기(3)의 변수는 통신채널(6)을 통해서 엔진 기어기(2)와 기어변속수단(4)사이에서 교환되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 제어기.
- 제7항에 있어서, 변속기 출력에서 감소된 관성 질량모멘트, 자동차의 중량, 및 휠의 사이즈 등과 같은 자동차의 변수들이 엔진 제어기(2)에 의해서 기어변속수단(4)쪽으로 운반되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 제어기.
- 제7항에 있어서, 변속기 기어의 수, 변속기 기어의 전달비, 토오크 변환기의 데이터, 및 변속방식(기어변환)과 같은 변속기의 변수들이 기어변속수단(4)에 의해서 엔진 제어기(2)쪽으로 전달되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 제어기.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 변속 포인트 선택제어기(22)는 퍼진 논리 제어기를 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 제어기.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
