Abstract
본 발명은 폐쇄 위치에서 리이드 프레임을 수납하는 주형 공동을 경계짓는 상호 이동 가능한 주형 반부들(102, 103), 피복 재료의 공급을 위해 주형 공동 상에 연결되는 공급 런너 및 가압 상태에서 피복 재료를 운반하기 위해 공급 런너 상에 연결되는 플런저-실린더(175)를 포함하며, 칩을 보유하는 리이드 프레임을 플라스틱으로 피복하는 장치에 있어서, 플런저(175)의 선단부로부터 소정 거리에 적어도 하나의 유동 채널(171)에 의해 선단부에 연결되도록 배열된 주변 홈이 배치된 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (4)
- 폐쇄 위치에서 리이드 프레임을 수납하는 주형 공동을 경계짓는 상호 이동 가능한 주형 반부들, 피복 재료의 공급을 위해 주형 공동 상에 연결되는 공급 런너 및 가압하에 피복 재료를 운반하기 위해 공급 런너 상에 연결되는 플런저-실린더를 포함하며, 칩을 보유한 리이드 프레임을 플라스틱으로 피복하는 장치에 있어서, 플런저의 선단부로부터 소정 거리에 적어도 하나의 유동 채널에 의해 선단부에 연결되도록 배열된 주변 홈이 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유동 채널이 횡단면으로 보아 제비 꼬리 모양인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항 및 제2항에 있어서, 플런저의 외벽에 플런저의 구동측에서 보아 깊이가 증가하는 나선형 홈을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항에 있어서, 플런저가 용접부에 의해서 구동 장치에 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.※참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
