Abstract
본 발명품은 바깥층 형태로 제조된 Pd/K/Au, Pd/K/Ba 또는 Pd/K/Cd 지지된 촉매, 이의 제조방법 및 에틸렌, 아세트산 및 산소로부터 기상으로 비닐 아세테이트를제조하기 위한 이의 용도에 관한 것이다. 특정한 촉매는 상응하는원소의 염의용액으로 지지체 입자를 함침시킨 다음 즉시 건조(여기서, 용액의 동적 점도는 0.003Pa.s 이상이고 각각의 함침에서 용액 용적은지지체 입자의 공극 용적의 5 내지 80%이고, 각각의 함침 지속 시간 및 함침후 건조 개시 시간은, 최종 겅조 완결후 특정 금속 염은외부층에서 지지체 입자의 공극 용적의 5 내지 80%로 존재하도록 충분히 짧도록 선택된다) 시킴으로써 제조된다.

Claims (11)
- 팔라듐, 칼륨 및 카드뮴 각각의 하나 이상의 염의 하나 이상의 용액으로 지지체 입자를 1회 또는 수회함침시키며, 각각의 함침후에 지지체 입자를 즉시 건조(여기서, 용액의 동적 점도는 0.003Pa.s 이상이고 각각의 함침 지속 시간 및 함침후 건조 개시 시간은, 최종 건조 완결후 특정 금속은 바깥층에서 자체 입자의 공극 용적의 5 내지 80%로 존재하도록 충분히 짧도록 선택된다) 시킴을 포함하여, 다공성 지지체 입자상에 팔라듐, 칼륨 및 카드뮴을 포함하는 표면 함침된 촉매를 제조하는방법.

- 에틸렌, 아세트산 및 산소 또는 산소 함유-기체로부터 기상으로 비닐 아세테이트 를 제조하기 위한, 제1항 내지 제 5항 중 어느 한 항에서 청구된 방법으로 수즉 가능한 표면 함침된 촉매의 용도.
