암모니아 및/또는 아만 중화된, 특정 방향족 이무수물과 특정 방향족 디아민의 폴리(아미드산), 및 비양자성 용매로 이루어진 안정한 수성 사이즈제.

Claims (4)
- 2,2-비스(3',4'-디카르복시페닐)헥사플루오로프로판 디안하이드리브, 파이로멜리틱 디안하이드리브, 바이페닐 디안하이드리드, 옥시디프탈릭 디안하이드리드 및 벤조페논 디안하이드리드로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택된 이무수물과, 파라페닐렌 디아민, 메타페닐렌 디아민, 4.4'-옥시디아닐린 및 3,4'-옥시디아닐린으로 이루어진 군중에서 선택된 방향족 디아민으로부터 제조되며 암모니아 및 (또는)아민으로 중호된 폴리(아미드산) 0. 1중량% 이하론 제1성분으로, N-메틸피롤리딘, 디메틸아세트아미드, 디글라임, 디메틸포름아미드, 및 디메틸설폭사이드로 이루어진 군중에서 선택에서 선택되며 폴리(아미드산) 중량의 절반 이상의 양으로 존재하는 비양자성 용매를 제2성분으로, 그리고 85중량% 이상의 물을 제3성분으로 함유하는 고온 복합체 보강용 섬유에 사용되는 안정한 수성 사이즈제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응물인 디아민에 대한 이무수뭍의 몰비가 0.8 내지 1.2인 것을 특징으로 하는 사이즈제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이무수물 반응물이 2.2-비스(3',4'-디카르복시페닐)헥사플루오로프로판 디안하이드리드이고, 디아민 반응물이 파라- 및 메타-페닐렌디아민의 95:5 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 사이즈제 조성물.
- 제1항의 사이즈제가 균일하게 연속적으로 코팅된 탄소 섬유.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
