Claims (12)
- 작업테이블(11) 위에 놓인 판재(W)의 한쪽 표면과 마주보게 배열되며 X축 방향으로 이동가능토록 설치된 X축 슬라이더(81)와, 상기 X축 슬라이더(81)에 의해 지지되며 Z축 방향으로 이동가능토록 설치된 Z축 슬라이더(83)와, 상기 Z축 슬라이더(83)상에 설치되는 V자형 홈을 판재(W) 표면에 절삭하기 위한 절삭공구(17)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 V자형 홈절삭 가공기.
- 제1항에 있어서, X축 및 Z축 방향과 수직인 Y축 방향으로 이동가능한 Y축 이송장치(57)와, 상기 Y축 이송장치(57)에 장착되며 판재(W)를 죄어주기 위한 다수의 클램프(59)를 부가적으로 포함함을 특징으로 하는 V자형 홈절삭 가공기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 Z축 슬라이더(83)는 서보시스템에 의해 위치제어되도록 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 V자형 홈절삭 가공기.
- 판재(W)를 지지하는 작업테이블(11) 위에 X축 방향으로 길게 형성된 가이드로드(87)와, 상기 가이드로드를 따라 X축 방향으로 위치이동되도록 구성된 X축 슬라이더(81)와, 상기 가이드레일을 따라 상기 X축 슬라이더(81)를 이동시키기 위한 이동수단과, 상기 X축 슬라이더(81)에 장착되며 판재(W) 표면에 V자형 홈을 절삭하기 위한 절삭공구(17)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 V자형 홈절삭 가공기.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 가이드로드는 양단부가 좌우측판(5)에 고정된 볼스크류(87)이고, 상기 볼스크류(87)와 맞물리게 되는 너트부재(89)는 X축 슬라이더(81)에 회전운동이 가능토록 연결되며, 상기 너트부재(89)를 회전시키기 위한 모터(Mx)는 상기 X축 슬라이더(81)에 장착되고, 상기 절삭공구(17)는 X축 슬라이더(81)에 의해 지지되는 Z축 슬라이더(83)에 Z축 방향으로 이동가능토록 장착구성됨을 특징으로 하는 V자형 홈절삭 가공기.
- 제5항에 있어서, X축 및 Z축 방향과 수직인 Y축 방향으로 이동가능한 Y축 이송장치(57)와, 상기 Y축 이송장치(57)에 장착되며 판재(W)를 죄어주기 위한 다수의 클램프(59)를 부가적으로 포함함을 특징으로 하는 V자형 홈절삭 가공기.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 Z축 슬라이더(83)는 서보시스템에 의해 위치제어되도록 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 V자형 홈절삭 가공기.
- 판재(W)를 지지하는 작업테이블(11)와, 상기 작업테이블(11) 상에서 X축 방향으로 위치이동 가능한 X축 슬라이더(81)와, 상기 X축 슬라이더(81)에 장착되며 판재(W) 표면에 V자형 홈을 절삭하기 위한 절삭공구(17)와, 상기 작업테이블(11)의 상면과 평행한 X축 방향으로의 상기 절삭공구(17)의 운동궤도를 조절하기 위한 작업테이블 조정수단으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 V자형 홈절삭 가공기.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 절삭공구(17)는 X축 슬라이더(81)에 의해 지지되는 Z축 슬라이더에 Z축 방향으로 위치이동 가능토록 장착되며, Z축 방향의 초기위치를 셋팅하기 위해 절삭공구의 단부를 탐지하는 센서(165)가 상기 작업테이블의 상면에 장치되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 V자형 홈절삭 가공기.
- 작업테이블(11) 위에 놓인 판재(W)의 한쪽표면과 마주보게 배열되며 X축방향으로 이동가능토록 설치된 X축 슬라이더(81)와, 판재(W)의 상면에 V자형 홈을 절삭하기 위한 절삭공구(17)와, 상기 X축 슬라이더(81)에 의해 지지되며 상하방향으로 위치이동 가능케하는 Z축 슬라이더(83)와, 상기 Z축 슬라이더(83)의 수직위치를 검출하기 위한 수직위치 검출수단과, 작업테이블(11) 상에 장착되어 상기 Z축 슬라이더(83)가 미리 정해진 수직위치에서 하강할 때 상기 절삭공구(17)의 하단부 위치를 검출하는 센서(165)와, 상기 Z축 슬라이더(83)의 하강 이동거리 및 작업테이블(11)과 상기 센서(165)사이의 거리를 토대로 Z축 선상의 초기위치를 계산하는 연산장치(201)로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 V자형 홈절삭 가공기.
- 판재(W)를 받쳐주는 작업대의 윗쪽에 설치된 X축 슬라이더(81)가 X축 방향으로 이동할 수 있게 제어하는 방법과, 판재(W)의 표면에 V자형 홈을 절삭하기 위해 절삭공구(17)를 제어하는 방법과, X축 슬라이더(81)에 의해 지지된 Z축 슬라이더(83)가 상하로 이동할 수 있도록 Z축 방향의 이동을 제어하는 방법과, 판재(W)에 X축 방향으로 V자형 홈을 절삭하는데 있어 절삭개시부분, 절삭종료 부분 및 절삭깊이 등을 제어하는 방법을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 V자형 홈절삭 가공기의 제어방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 판재(W)에 V자형 홈을 절삭한 후 연속적으로 평행한 다른 홈을 절삭하기 위해 상기 판재(W)를 X축 방향으로 위치이동하는 제어단계를 부가적으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 V자형 홈절삭 가공기의 제어방법.
