Claims (21)
- 증가된 양의 피타아제를 함유하는 트랜스제닉 식물 또는 식물기관의 생산 방법에 있어서, 식물숙주내에 있어 피타아제의 발현을 지시할수 있고 도움이 되는 조건하에서 형질전환된 식물을 성장시킬수 있는 조절서열과 작동적으로 연결된 피타아제를 코드하는 DNA 서열을 포함하고 있는 발현 구성체로 식물 숙주를 형질전환하여, 피타아제 코드 DNA 서열이 발현되게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 발현 구성체는 피타아제의 구성 발현을 지시할수 있는 조절서열을 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 발현 구성체는 피타아제의 조직특이 발현을 지시할수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 피타아제코드 DNA 서열을 미생물원으로 부터 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 피타아제코드 DNA 서열을 선조상 곰팡이원으로부터 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 피타아제 코드 DNA 서열을 아스페르길러스 원으로부터 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 피타아제 코드 DNA 서열을 아스페르길러스 피큐움, 아스페르길러스, 니게르, 아스페르 길러스 아와모리, 아스페르길러스 니둘란스로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 아스페르길러스 원으로부터 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 피타아제를 코드하는 DNA 서열이 피타아제의 구성발현을 지시할수 있는 조절서열에 작동적으로 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 발현 구성체.

- 식물 또는 식물기관이, 식물 숙주내 피타아제의 발편을 지시할수 있는 조절서열에 작동적으로 연결된, 피타아제를 코드하는 DNA 서열을 내포하고 있는 발현 구성체를 내포하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 트랜스제닉 식물 또는 식물기관.
- 피틴산염을 함유하는 기질에 제1항 내지 7항중의 어느한항의 방법에 따라 생산된 피타아제를 가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피틴산염을이노시톨 및 무기인산염으로 전환시키는 방법.
- 사료는 제1항 내지 7항중의 어느 한항의 방법에 따라 생산된 피타아제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동물용 사료조성물.
- 제16항에 있어서, 사료는 제1항 내지 7항중의 어느 한항의 방법에 따라 생산된 피타아제를 함유하는 트랜스제닉 식물 또는 식물 기관을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사료 조성물.
- 사료를 소화하는 동물의 성장을 촉진하기에 유효한 양의, 제16항에 의한 사료로 구성되어 있는 먹이를 동물에 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동물의 성장을 촉진하는 방법.
- 사료에 함유된 피틴산염을 이노시톨 및 무기인산염으로 변환시키기에 유효한 양의 제16항에 의한 사료로 구성되어 있는 먹이를 동물에 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동물배설물중의 피탄산염 수준을 감소시키는 방법.
- a)피타아제를 코드하는 DNA 서열이 발현되도록, 식물숙주내에 있어 증가된 양의 피타아제의 발편을 지시할수있고 도움이 되는 조건하에서 형질전환된 식물을 성장시킬수 있는 조절서열과 작동적으로 연결된 피타아제를 코드하는 DNA 서열을 포함하고 있는 발편 구성체로 식물숙주를 형질전환하며; b)피타아제를 트랜스제닉 식물조직으로 추출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피타아제의 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 및 제21항중의 어느 한항의 방법에 따라 제조된 피타아제의 사료 또는 동물먹이로서의 이용.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
