Claims (20)
- 팽창가능 부재를 전개시키기 위한 장치에 있어서, A.팽창가능 부재와 유체연통하도록 연결된 반응실과, B.상기 반응실과 연통하는 복수개의 출구 및 평상시 상기 출구를 폐쇄시키는 감압 시일링 수단을 가지며, 상기 반응실내에 배치되는 저장통과, C.상기 저장통내에 저장되는 일정량의 액체 추진제와, D.상기 액체 추진제를 가압하여 상기 시일링 수단을 개방시키고, 상기 액정 추진제를 상기 저장통으로 부터 상기 출구를 통해 상기 반응실로 유출시켜 상기 액체 추진제를 상기 반응실내에서 발화시키고, 이 결과 발열반응에 의해 가스를 생성시켜 팽창가능부재를 팽창시키기 위한 수단을 포함하는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 액체 추진제를 가압 및 발화시키는 수단이 상기 저장통의 일단부에 인접 배치된 플런저와 폭발성 장약을 포함하되, 상기 플런저는 상기 저장통의 일단부로 부터 가압되어 상기 액체 추진제를 상기 반응실로 배출시키며, 상기 배출 작용은 상기 폭발성 장약의 폭발에 의한 고온 가스의 생성에 대응하여 수행되며, 상기 고온 가스는 상기 출구를 통해 상기 반응실로 유입되어 상기 액체 추진제를 발화시키도록 구성된 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 저장통은 튜브형으로서 상기 일단부의 반대쪽에 위치한 폐쇄 단부를 가지며, 상기 출구는 상기 저장통의 상기 폐쇄단부와 일단부 사이에 해당하는 저장통의 길이 방향을 따라 분포되어 있는 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 액체 추진제가 산화제로서의 하이드록실 암모늄 니트-레이트와 연료로서의 니트레이티드 화이드로카본 염의 수용액인 장치.
- 자동차용 승객 보호장치에 있어서, A.팽창 가능한 안전빽과, B.상기 안전빽과 유체 연통하도록 연결된 방응실과, C.상기 반응실과 유체 흐름관계로 배치된 저장통과, D.상기 저장통내에 저장되는 일정량의 액체 추진제와, E.차량의 고속 충돌사고에 반응하여 상기 액체 추진제를 상기 저장통으로 부터 상기 반응실로 배출시키고 상기 액체 추진제를 발화시켜 상기 안전빽을 팽창시키기위한 대용량의 가스를 발열 반응에 의해 생성시키는 팽창 기폭기를 포함하는 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 저장통은 파괴되기 쉬운 시일에 의해 평상시 폐쇄되어 있는 복수개의 출구를 포함하고, 상기 기폭기는 상기 시일을 파괴시켜서 상기 액체 추진제가 상기 출구를 통해 상기 반응실로 배출되도록 작용하는 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 기폭기는 상기 저장통내의 상기 액체 추진제를 가압함으로써 상기 시일을 파괴시켜 상기 액체 추진제를 상기 반응실내로 배출시키는 수단을 포함하는 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 가압수단은 상기 저장통의 일단부에 인접 배치된 플런저와 폭발성 장약을 포하하며, 상기 플런저는 상기 폭발성 장약의 폭발에 반응하여 상기 저장통의 일단부로 부터 가압되는 장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 폭발성 장약은 상기 플런저를 기준으로 상기 저장통내의 상기 액체 추진제로 부터 반대쪽에 배치되며, 상기 폭발성 장약이 폭발되어 생성되는 고온 가스는 상기 출구를 통해 상기 반응실로 유입되어 상기 액체 추진제를 발화시키는 장치.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 저장통은 튜브형으로서 상기 일단부의 반대쪽에 폐쇄 단부를 가지며, 상기 출구는 상기 저장통의 상기 폐쇄단부와 일단부사이에서 상기저장통의 길이 방향을 따라 분산되어 있는 장치.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 플런저 중 상기 액체 추진제와 접하는 면이 상기 저장통의 상기 폐쇄단부와 같은 모양으로 형성되는 장치.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 액체 추진제는 단일성 추진제로서, 산화제로서의 하이드록실 암모늄 니트레이트와 연료로서의 트리에탄올 암모늄 니트레이트의 수용액을 포함하는 장치.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 폭발성 장약이 무연(smokelesss) 분말로 이루어지는 장치.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 폭발성 장약이 액체 추진제인 장치.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 반응실은 팽창 가스가 상기 안전팩의 내부로 유동되도록 하는 통로를 포함하며, 초기 팽창중에, 상기 안전빽을 보호하기 위해 상기 통로위에 해제가능하게 배치되는 열차폐재를 더 포함하는 장치.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 반응실이 중앙부의 나사공을 더 포함하고, 상기 저장통과 플런저 및 폭발성 장약은 기록기 모듈로서의 숫나사 플러그와 예비적으로 조립되어 있으며, 상기 플러그는 상기 중앙부 나사공에 끼워져 상기 기폭기 모듈을 상기 반응실에 조립시키도록 구성된 장치.
- 팽창가능 부재를 전개시키는 방법에 있어서, A.상기 팽창가능 부재와 유체 연통하는 반응실을 제공하는 단계와, B.액체 추진제를 저장하는 저장통을 제공하는 단계와, C.상기 반응실내에 상기 저장통을 위치시키는 단계와, D.상기 팽창가능 부재를 전개시키기 위해 상기 액체 추진제를 상기 저장통으로 부터 상기 반응실내로 가압하는 단계와, E.상기 팽창가능 부재를 팽창시키기 위한 대용량의 가스를 발열반응으로 생성시키기 위해 상기 반응실내의 상기 액체추진제를 발화시키는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 액체 추진제 가압단계(D)는 상기 액체 추진제를 가압하여 상기 저장통의 개별적인 압력 작용점을 파괴시켜, 그로인해 생성된 복수개의 출구를 통해 상기 액체 추진제를 상기 반응실로 배출시키는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 발화단계(E)는, 폭발성 장약을 폭발시켜 연소물질을 생성시키고 상기 연소물질이 상기 출구를 통해 반응실로 유입되어 일정한 방식으로 액체 추진제를 발화시키는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제19항에 있어서, 상기 폭발성 장약의 폭발에 따라 플런저가 상기 저장통을 통해 구동되어 상기 액체 추진제를 가압하게 되는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
