Claims (10)

  1. 유기 폴리이소시아네이트와 활성 수소-함유 화합물을 물 및 발포제의 존재하에서 접촉 및 반응시킴을 포함하여 강성 독립기포 폴리시아네이트계 발포체를 제조함에 있어서, 발포제가 비점이 222K 내지 272K인 1개 이상의 할로카본 화합물을 포함하며 비점이 273K이상인 유기 화합물은 거의 함유하지 않음을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서 할로카본 화합물의 비점이 235K 내지 272K인 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 할로카본이 클로로카본, 브로모카본, 플루오로카본, 클로로플루오로카본 또는 브로모플루오로카본 및 메탄, 에탄 프로판, 에틸렌, 프로필렌, 사이클로알칸 또는 이의 혼합물의 첨가물인 방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 할로카본 화합물이 클로로플루오로에탄, 플루오로에탄 또는 이의 혼합물인 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 클로로플루오로에탄이 클로로펜타플루오로에탄(R-115), 클로로테트라플루오로에탄(R-124 또는 이성체 R-124a)또는 클로로디플루오로에탄(R-142b)인 방법.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 플루오로에탄이 테트라플루오로 에탄(R-134 또는 이성체 R-134a), 트리플루오로에탄(R-143), 디플루올에탄(R-152a) 또는 플루오로에탄(R-161)인 방법.
  7. 제4항에 있어서, 할로카본 화합물이 클로로 디플루오로에탄(R-142b) 또는 테트라플루오로에탄(R-134) 또는 이성체 (R-134a)인 방법.
  8. 제1항에 내지 7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 물이 존재하는 활성 수소-함유 화합물의 총 중량을 기준하여 0.5 내지 10.0중량%로 제공되는 방법.
  9. (a)당량이 50 내지 700인 적어도 1개의 활성 수소-함유 화합물, 및 (b)존재하는 성분(a) 및 (b)의 총중량을 기준하여 1내지 25중량%의 발포제를 포함하는 이소시아네이트 반응성 조성물에 있어서, 발포제가 비점이 222K 내지 272K인 1개 이상의 할로카본 화합물을 포함하며 비점이 273K이상인 유기 화합물은 거의 함유하지 않음을 특징으로하는 조성물.
  10. 유기 폴리이소시아네이트와 활성 수소-함유 화합물을 물 및 발포제의 종재항서 접촉 및 반응시켜 제조한 강성, 독립기포 폴리이소시아네이트계 발포체에 있어서, 생성된 발포체가 그의 기포내에 (a)(a) 및 (b)의 총 몰을 기준하여 비점이 222K 내지 272K 인 적어도 1개의 유기 화합물 10내지 75몰%, 및(b)(a) 및 (b)의 총몰을 기준하여 이산화탄소 25내지 90몰%를 포함하는 가스상 혼합물을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 발포체.
