Claims (5)
- 니켈-인 합금으로 이루어진 층으로 코팅되었고 그층의 외표면이 보호층으로 코팅된 제품에 있어서, 상기 보호층은 성분 CrPO4및 Cr(OH3)등으로 이루어진 염기성 수소화 크롬인산염의 반전층으로 구성되며 여기에 Cr2(SO4)가 존재할 경우에는 Cr : P :S=1 :(0.2-1.5) : (0-0.5) 의 질량비를 갖게되는 것을 특징으로 하는 니켈-인 합금으로 이루어진 층으로 코팅되었고 그층의 외표면이 보호층으로 코팅된 제품
- 제1항에 있어서 ,상기 보호층은 흑색을 가지며, 성분CrPO4및 Cr(OH3)의 수소화크롬 인산염으로 구성되며 , 여기에 Cr2(SO4)3가 존재할 경우에는 Cr : P :S=1 :1 : (0-1.2) 의 질량비를 갖게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 니켈-인 합금으로 이루어진 층으로 코팅되었고, 그 층의 외표면이 보호층으로 코팅된 제품
- 크롬산염 이온을 포함하는 수용액 속에서 처리함으로써 니켈-인 합금으로 이루어진 층으로 코팅된 제품상에 보호층을 생성하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 코팅된 제품은 대기 온도에서 크롬산의 수용액 속에서 전극으로 연결되며, 전극은 0.2A와 1A/dm2사이의 전류밀도를 가지며, 0.1-50Hz사이의 주파수를 갖는 주기적으로 반전되는 전류로 처리되고, 양극 펄스주기에 대한 음극 펄스 주기의 비는 0.05 내지 20사이에 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 보호층 생성 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서 , 처리용액은 크롬산에 부가적으로 황산과 인산을 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 보호층 생성 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 주기적으로 반전되는 전륜는 0.05내지 25Hz사이에서 교류 주파수를 가지며, 양극 펄스 주기에 대한 펄스 주기의 비가 0.1내지 0.8사이에 존재한다는 것을 특징으로 하는 보호층 생성 방법.
