Claims (8)
- 다음 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물 및 이의 염.상기식에서 A는 -CH2-, -O- 또는 -S-이고, R1은 CH3또는 OCH3이며, R2는 임의로 에스테르화되거나 아미드화될 수 있는 하이드록시 또는 카복시이고, R3은 수소 또는 저급 알킬이며, n은 0 또는 1 내지 6의 정수이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, R2가 -CO-R4(여기서, R4는 하이드록시 그룹, 모르폴리노 그룹, 티오모르 폴리노 그룹, 피페리디노 그룹 또는 N-메틸피페라지닐 그룹이다)인 화합물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 다음 일반식(Ⅱ)로 표시되는 화합물.상기식에서 m은 1,2 또는 3이고, R4는 하이드록시 그룹, 모르폴리노 그룹, 티오모르폴리노 그룹, 피페리디노 그룹 또는 N-메틸피페라지닐 그룹이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 다음 일반식(Ⅲ)으로 표시되는 화합물.상기식에서, R4는 하이드록시 그룹, 모르폴리노 그룹, 티오모르폴리노 그룹, 피페리디노 그룹 또는 N-메틸 피페라지닐 그룹이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 다음 일반식(Ⅳ)로 표시되는 화합물.상기식에서 P는 1또는 2이고, R4는 하이드록시 그룹,모르폴리노 그룹,티오모르 폴리노 그룹, 피페리디노 그룹 또는 N-메틸 피페라지닐 그룹이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 다음 일반식(Ⅴ)로 표시되는 화합물.상기식에서, R4는 하이드록시 그룹, 모르폴리노 그룹, 티오모르폴리노 그룹, 피페리디노 그룹 또는 N-메틸 피페라지닐 그룹이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 다음 일반식(Ⅵ)으로 표시되는 화합물.상기식에서, R4는 하이드록시 그룹, 모르폴리노 그룹, 티오모르폴리노 그룹, 피페리디노 그룹 또는 N-메틸 피페라지닐 그룹이다.
- 필수성분으로서 다음 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 포함하는 뇌부전증 개선제.상기식에서, A는 CH-2-, -O-도는 -S-이고, R1은 CH3또는 OCH3이며, R2는 임의로 에스테르화되거나 아미드화될 수 있는 하이드록시 또는 카복시이고, R3은 수소 또는 적급 알킬이며, n은 0 또는 1 내지 6의 정수이다.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
