Claims (4)
- 일반식(Ⅲ)의 화합물을 산과 반응시킴을 특징으로 하여, 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물 및 이의 염을 제조하는 방법.상기식에서, R1은 수소 또는 C1-6알킬이고, R2는 수소, C1-6알킬 또는 C3-6알케닐이고, R3는 수소 또는 C1-6알킬이고, R4는 N-보호그룹이고, n은 2,3,4 또는 5이고, x는 산소, 황 또는 -CH2-이고, 단, x가 -CH2-일 경우 n은 0이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, x가 산소이고, n이 2,3,4 또는 5인 화합물을 제조하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, R1이 C1-4알킬이고, R2가 C1-4알킬이며 R3가 수소인 화합물을 제조하는 방법.
