Claims (3)
- 피압연재료(S)를 압연하는 압연기의 상하 압연로울(Roll) (41)(41),이 상하압연로울(41)(41)을 개별구동하는 전동기(43)(43), 상기 압연기축구측에서의 피압연재료(S)의 판두께 편차에 대응한 신호를 입력하고 이 판두께편차를 영(제로)으로 하는 상기 상하압연로울(41)(41)의 차동주속(差動周速)수정량X를 출력하는 개인(gain)조정기(47), 이 게인조정기(47)의 출력하는 차동주속수정량X를 입력하여 상기 상하 압연로울(41)(41)의 각 속도수정량을 각각 분배하는 차동주속분배기(48), 이 차동주속분배기(48)의 출력하는 상기 상하로울(41)(41)의 각 속도수정량에 의하여 대응하는 상기전동기(43)(43)의 속도를 제어하는 속도제어장치(44)(44)를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 판두께의 자동제어장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 압연기출구측에서의 피압연재료(S)의 판두께편차에 대응한 신호는 압연기에 부착된 압연하중을 검출하는 로오드셀(lood cell)(45)의 검출신호인 것을 특징으로 하는 판두께의 자동제어장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 압연기출구측에서의 피압연재료(S)의 판두께편차에 대응한 신호는 압연기출그측에 설치되어 상기 피압연재료(S)의 판두께를 계측하는 후도계(厚度計)의 계측신호인 것을 특징으로 하는 판두께의 자동제어장치.
