Claims (1)
- 융점이 30-40℃인 식물성 경화유를 30-40% 사용하여 분물 건조시켜 제조한 분말 커피크림 대용품 100%에 대하여, 식물유에서 분별 증류한 중쇄 지방산의 트리글리세라이드 (MCT, Mediym Chain Triglyceride) 0.5-3.0%와 친수성을 가진 유화제인 분말 대두인지질 0.5-2.0%를 각각 혼합한 액을 고르게 분무 첨가함을 특징으로 하는 냉수 용해성 커피크림 대용품의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
