Claims (8)
- 구받침대(4,21)가 안으로는 구머리부(3)에 의해 지지되고, 밖으로는 너클조인트장치 케이스(1)의 내측바닥(9,16,19,23)에 무더기로 형성되어 있는 융기부(10,17,20,24)위에 자리잡고 있는 구머리부(3)와 너클조인트 케이스(1)사이에 위치하는 탄력적인 합성수지로 만든 구받침대(4,21)를 갖는 화물차량용 너클조인트장치에 있어서, 융기부(10,17,20,24)와 너클조인트장치 케이스(1)에 있는 내측바닥(9,16,19,23)의 융기부(10,17,20,24)사이에 있는 공간이 탄력적 변형 성질을 갖는 구받침대(4,21)에 대해 견고한 지지면과 접지면을 형성해 주고, 방사상으로 나열되어 있는 융기부(10,17,20,24)의 경계면이 구머리부가 기설정된 하중을 받을 때 바닥의 공간(12,18,22,25) 안으로 변형되어 들어가는 구받침대(4,21)를 옆으로 지지역할을 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 너클조인트장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 너클조인트장치 케이스(1)의 내측바닥(9,16)에 있는 융기부(10,17)가 한평면에서부터 돌출되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 너클조인트장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 너클조인트장치 케이스(1)의 내측경사면(15)이 너클조인트장치 케이스(1)의 내측바닥(9)에 까지 계속됨을 특징으로 하는 너클조인트장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 너클조인트장치 케이스(1)의 내측바닥(19,23)에 있는 융기부가 구받침대에서 돌출되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 너클조인트장치.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 구받침대(4,5;21,5)가 두 부분으로 만들어져 있음을 특징으로 하는 너클조인트장치.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 융기부(10,20)가 방사상으로 너클축까지 뻗쳐있고 너클조인트장치케이스(1)의 바닥에 대칭적으로 배열되어 있는 늑골부(10,20)임을 특징으로 하는 너클조인트장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 너클축에서부터 방사상의 거리가 점점 커짐에 따라 늑골부(20)의 폭이 넓어짐을 특징으로 하는 너클조인트장치.
