- 공지의 김치제조에 있어 방부제와 식용산미료를 배합한 젓갈류와 천연향신료에 부형제로 락토스를 첨가하여 페이스트와 또는 분말화 한 것에 절연 배추를 혼합 숙성시켜 생성된 김치즙, 분체를 동결건조 또는 분무건조하여 김치의 맛과 향미를 지닌 인스턴트 김치 찌개 베이스를 제조하는 방법.
