  1. 외부로부터 반아들인 공기를 압축하는 공기압축방법과, 이 공기압축방법으로 압축된 압축공기중의 탄산가스와 물을 제거하는 제거방법과, 이 제거방법을 거친 압축공기를 초저온으로 냉각하는 열교환방법과, 액체질소를 저장하는 액체질소 저장방법과, 전술한 열교환 방법에 의해서 초저온으로 냉각된 압축공기의 일부를 액화하여서 내부에 고이게 하고 질소만을기체로서 간직하는 질소정류탑과, 전술한 액체질소저장방법내의 액체질소를 압축공기액화용의 한냉원으로서 전술한 질소정류탑내로 인도하는 액체질소 유입로와, 한냉원으로서의 작용을 마치고 기화한, 액체질소 및 전술한 질소정류탑내에 간직되어 있는 기화 질소의 쌍방을 제품질소가스로서 전술한 질소정류탑으로부터 꺼집어 내는 질소가스를 꺼내는 통로와, 액체공기를 대상으로하여 질소와 산소의 비등점의 차를 이용하여 양자를 분리하는 산소정류탑과, 전술한 질소정류탑내의 체류액체공기를 전술한 산소정류탑 내로 공급하는 액체공기공급로와, 액체산소를 저장하는 액체산소 저장방법과, 이 액체산소저장 방법 내의 액체산소를 한냉원으로서 전술한 산소정류탑내로 인도하는 액체산소 유입로와, 액체공기를 원료로 하며, 산소와 질소의 비등점의 차를 이용하여 분리된 산소 가스 및 한냉원으로서의 작용을 끝내고 기화한 액체산소의 쌍방을 제품산소가스로서 전술한 산소정류탑으로부터 꺼내는 산소가스를 꺼내는 통로를 갖추고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 고순도 질소 및 산소가스 제조장치.
  2. 외부로 부터 받아들인 공기를 압축하는 공기압축방법과, 이 공기압축방법으로 압축된 압축공기중의 탄산가스와 물을 제거하는 제거방법과, 이 제거방법을 거친 압축공기를 초저온으로 냉각하는 열교환방법과, 액체질소를 저장하는 액체질소저장방법과, 전술한 열교환방법에 의해서 초저온으로 냉각된 압축 공기의 일부를 액화하여서 내부에 고이게 하고 질소만을 기체로서 간직하는 질소정류탑과, 전술한 액체질소저장방법내의 액체질소를 압축공기 액화용의 한냉원으로서 전술한 질소 정류탑내로 인도하는 액체질소 유입로와, 한냉원으로서의 작용을 마치고 기화한 액체 질소 및 전술한 질소정류탑내에 간직되어 있는 기화질소의 쌍방을 제품질소가스로서 전술한 질소정류탑으로부터 꺼내는 질소가스를 꺼내는 통로와, 액체공기를 대상으로 하여 그 질소분을 기화시켜서 산소분이 풍부한 상태로하는 산소용축탑과, 전술한 질소정류탑내의 체류액체공기를 전술한 산소 용축탑내로 공급하는 액체공기공급로와, 산소와 질소의 비등점의 차를 이용하여 양자를 분리하는 산소정류탑과, 전술한 산소응축탑내의 산소분이 풍부한 액체공기를 전술한 산소정류탑내로 공급하는 공급로와, 액체산소를 저장하는 액체산소 저장방법과, 이 액체산소 저장방법내의 액체산소를 한냉원으로 전술한 산소정류탑으로 인도하는 액체산소 유입로와, 산소분이 풍부한 액체공기를 원료로하여 산소와 질소의 비등점의 차를 이용하여 분리된 산소가스 및 한냉원으로서의 작용을 마치고 기화한 액체산소의 쌍방을 제품 산소가스로서, 전술한 산소정류탑으로부터 꺼내는 산소가스을 꺼내는 통로를 갖추고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 고순도질소 및 산소가스 제조장치.
