Claims (2)

  1. 다음 일반식(Ⅱ)의 티오에테르를필요시 불활성용매 존재하에 적합한 산화제와 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는 다음 일반식(Ⅰ)의 설피닐― 및 설포닐―아자사이클로헵틴―2―온의 제조방법.
    상기 식에서,
    n은 1 또는 2를 나타내며,
    R1은 수소, 임의로 치환된 알킬, 임의로 치환된 아릴, 임의로 최환된 아실 및 알킬카바모일을 나타내고,
    R2는 설피닐, 설포닐, 설페닐기가 α―에서 δ―위치까지 올 수 있는 임의로 치환된 알킬, 임의로 치환된 알케닐, 임의로 치환된 사이클로알킬,임의로 치환된 아르알킬, 임의로 치환된 아릴 또는 임의로 치환된 헤테로사이클릴을 나타내며,
    R3는 수소 또는 알킬을 나타내고 α―에서 ε―위치까지 가정할 수 있다.
  2. 다음 일반식(Ⅳ)의 3―할로겐―아자사이클로헵탄―2―온을 필요시 불활성용매 존재하에 다음 일반식(Ⅴ)의 설피네이트와 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는 다음 일반식(Ⅲ)의 3―설포닐―아자사이클로헵탄―2―온의 제조방법.
    상기 식에서,
    R1은 수소, 임의로 치환된 알킬, 임의로 치환된 아릴, 임의로 치환된 아실 및 알킬카바모일을 나타내고,
    R2는 설피닐 또는 설포닐기가 α―에서 δ―위치까지 올 수 있는 임의로 치환된 알킬, 임의로 치환된 알케닐, 임의로 치환된 사이클로알킬, 임의로 치환된 아르알킬, 임의로 치환된 아릴 또는 임의로 치환된 헤테로사이클릴을 나타내며,
    X는 한로겐을 나타내고,
    는 알칼리금속 양이온을 나타낸다.
