온도조절된 상기 프리폼을 블로우 성형(blow molding) 하여 수지제의 용기를 제조하는 블로우 성형공정을
구비하는 수지제 용기의 제조방법으로서,
상기 사출성형공정에 있어서,
사출성형용 금형이 체결됨으로써 형성되는 상기 프리폼의 형상의 공간내에 수지재료를 사출하고,
상기 수지재료의 사출이 완료되고 나서 상기 공간내에서 상기 수지재료를 냉각하고,
수지재료의 사출이 완료되고 나서 상기 공간내에서 상기 수지재료를 냉각하는 시간이, 상기 수지재료를 사출하는 시간에 대하여 1/2 이하인 수지제 용기의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
수지재료의 사출이 완료되고 나서 상기 공간내에서 상기 수지재료를 냉각하는 시간이, 상기 수지재료를 사출하는 시간에 대하여 2/5 이하인 수지제 용기의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
수지재료의 사출이 완료되고 나서 상기 공간내에서 상기 수지재료를 냉각하는 시간이, 상기 수지재료를 사출하는 시간에 대하여 0.43배 이하인 수지제 용기의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 사출성형용 금형은, 적어도 사출 캐비티 금형(injection cavity mold)과 사출 코어 금형(injection core mold)을 구비하고,
상기 사출 캐비티 금형과 상기 사출 코어 금형에는 5℃∼15℃의 냉각매체가 흐르는 수지제 용기의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 온도조절공정에 있어서,
상기 프리폼을 캐비티 금형에 수용하고,
상기 프리폼에 에어도입부재를 기밀(氣密) 가능하게 접촉시키고,
상기 에어도입부재의 송풍구로부터 상기 프리폼의 내부로 에어를 보내고, 상기 에어도입부재의 배출구로부터 상기 에어를 상기 프리폼의 외부로 배출함으로써 상기 프리폼을 상기 캐비티 금형의 내벽에 밀착시켜서 상기 프리폼을 냉각하는 수지제 용기의 제조방법. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 캐비티 금형에는 온도조절매체가 흐르고 있고,
상기 온도조절공정에서는 상기 캐비티 금형과의 밀착에 의하여 상기 프리폼을 외측으로부터 온도조절하고,
상기 에어도입부재로부터의 에어의 대류에 의하여 상기 프리폼을 내측으로부터 냉각하는 수지제 용기의 제조방법. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 캐비티 금형에는 5도∼80도의 온도조절매체가 흐르는 수지제 용기의 제조방법. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 캐비티 금형에는 30도∼60도의 온도조절매체가 흐르는 수지제 용기의 제조방법. - 적어도,
수지제의 저면을 구비한 프리폼을 사출성형 하는 사출성형부와,
상기 사출성형부에 의하여 제조된 상기 프리폼을 온도조절하는 온도조절부와,
온도조절된 상기 프리폼을 블로우 성형하여 수지제의 용기를 제조하는 블로우 성형부를
구비하는 수지제 용기의 제조장치로서,
상기 사출성형부는,
사출성형용 금형이 체결됨으로써 형성되는 상기 프리폼의 형상의 공간내로 수지재료를 사출하고,
상기 수지재료의 사출이 완료되고 나서 상기 공간내에서 상기 수지재료를 냉각하고,
수지재료의 사출이 완료되고 나서 상기 공간내에서 상기 수지재료를 냉각하는 시간이, 상기 수지재료를 사출하는 시간에 대하여 1/2 이하가 되도록 구성되어 있는 수지제 용기의 제조장치. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 사출성형부는, 수지재료의 사출이 완료되고 나서 상기 공간내에서 상기 수지재료를 냉각하는 시간이, 상기 수지재료를 사출하는 시간에 대하여 2/5 이하가 되도록 구성되어 있는 수지제 용기의 제조장치. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 사출성형부는, 수지재료의 사출이 완료되고 나서 상기 공간내에서 상기 수지재료를 냉각하는 시간이, 상기 수지재료를 사출하는 시간에 대하여 0.43배 이하가 되도록 구성되어 있는 수지제 용기의 제조장치.
