Claims (16)
- 엔진의 회전동력이 출력되는 엔진 출력축;
상기 엔진 출력축과 동일 축선 상에 배치되어 변속된 동력을 출력하는 출력축;
제1, 제2 모터/제너레이터;
제1, 제2 유성기어세트의 조합에 의한 복합 유성기어세트로 이루어져 상기 엔진 출력축으로부터 2개의 경로로 통해 선택적으로 입력되는 회전동력과 상기 제1, 제2 모터/제너레이터로부터 입력되는 회전동력을 복합 분기하여 출력하는 동력 분기부;
제3 유성기어세트의 조합으로 이루어져 상기 동력 분기부로부터 전달되는 회전 동력을 고정 2단으로 변속하여 상기 출력축으로 전달하는 고정 변속단부;
를 포함하는 하이브리드 차량용 동력전달장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 동력 분기부와 고정 변속단부는
제1, 제2 유성기어세트의 조합에 의하여 제1, 제2, 제3, 제4 회전요소를 보유하는 복합 유성기어세트; 및
제5, 제6, 제7 회전요소를 보유하는 제3 유성기어세트를 포함하며,
상기 제3 회전요소와 고정 연결되고, 상기 엔진 출력축과 선택적으로 연결되는 제1축;
상기 제2 회전요소와 고정 연결되고, 상기 엔진 출력축과 선택적으로 연결되는 제2축;
상기 제6 회전요소와 고정 연결되고, 상기 출력축과 고정 연결되는 제3축; 및
상기 복합 유성기어세트와 제3 유성기어세트의 각 회전요소 중, 연결되지 않는 회전요소 중, 상호 서로 고정 연결되면서 상기 제2 모터/제너레이터에 고정 연결되거나, 상기 제1 모터/제너레이터에 고정 연결됨과 동시에 변속기 하우징에 선택적으로 연결되거나, 변속기 하우징에만 선택적으로 연결되는 복수의 축;
을 포함하는 하이브리드 차량용 동력전달장치. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 복수의 축은
상기 제4 회전요소와 상기 제5 회전요소와 고정 연결되는 제4축;
상기 제1 회전요소와 상기 제1 모터/제너레이터와 고정 연결되고, 변속기 하우징에 선택적으로 연결되는 제5축; 및
상기 제7 회전요소와 고정 연결되고, 변속기 하우징에 선택적으로 연결되는 제6축을 포함하고,
상기 제3축과 상기 제4축은 선택적으로 연결되는 하이브리드 차량의 동력전달장치. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 동력전달장치는
축과 축을 선택적으로 연결하는 3개의 클러치; 및
상기 제5축, 제6축을 각각 변속기 하우징에 선택적으로 연결하는 2개의 브레이크;
를 더 포함하는 하이브리드 차량용 동력전달장치. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 3개의 클러치는
상기 엔진 출력축과 상기 제1축 사이에 구성되는 제1 클러치;
상기 엔진 출력축과 상기 제2축 사이에 구성되는 제2 클러치; 및
상기 제3축과 상기 제4축 사이에 구성되는 제3 클러치로 이루어지고,
상기 2개의 브레이크는
상기 제5축과 변속기 하우징 사이에 구성되는 제1 브레이크; 및
상기 제6축과 변속기 하우징 사이에 구성되는 제2 브레이크로 이루어지는 하이브리드 차량용 동력전달장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 복합 유성기어세트는
싱글 피니언 유성기어세트로 이루어지는 제1 유성기어세트와 더블 피니언 유성기어세트로 이루어지는 제2 유성기어세트의 조합에 의하여 상기 제1, 제2, 제3, 제4 회전요소가 제1 선기어, 제2 선기어, 공유 유성캐리어, 공유 링기어로 이루어지고,
상기 제3 유성기어세트는
싱글 피니언 유성기어세트로서, 제5, 제6, 제7 회전요소가 제3 선기어, 제3 유성캐리어, 제3 링기어로 이루어지는 하이브리드 차량용 동력전달장치. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 엔진 출력축은
변속기 하우징과의 사이에 원웨이 클러치가 구성되어 일방향으로 회전이 제한되는 하이브리드 차량용 동력전달장치. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 제1축은
변속기 하우징과의 사이에 원웨이 클러치가 구성되어 일방향으로 회전이 제한되는 하이브리드 차량용 동력전달장치. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 복수의 축은
상기 제4 회전요소와 상기 제7 회전요소와 고정 연결되는 제4축;
상기 제1 회전요소와 상기 제1 모터/제너레이터와 고정 연결되고, 변속기 하우징에 선택적으로 연결되는 제5축; 및
상기 제5 회전요소와 고정 연결되고, 변속기 하우징에 선택적으로 연결되는 제6축을 포함하고,
상기 제3축과 상기 제4축은 선택적으로 연결되는 하이브리드 차량의 동력전달장치. - 엔진의 회전동력이 출력되는 엔진 출력축;
상기 엔진 출력축과 동일 축선 상에 배치되어 변속된 동력을 출력하는 출력축;
제1, 제2 모터/제너레이터;
제1, 제2 유성기어세트의 조합에 의하여 제1, 제2, 제3, 제4 회전요소를 보유하는 복합 유성기어세트; 및
제5, 제6, 제7 회전요소를 보유하는 제3 유성기어세트를 포함하며,
상기 제3 회전요소와 고정 연결되고, 상기 엔진 출력축과 선택적으로 연결되는 제1축;
상기 제2 회전요소와 고정 연결되고, 상기 엔진 출력축과 선택적으로 연결되는 제2축;
상기 제6 회전요소와 고정 연결되고, 상기 출력축과 고정 연결되는 제3축;
상기 복합 유성기어세트와 제3 유성기어세트의 각 회전요소 중, 연결되지 않는 회전요소 중, 상호 서로 고정 연결되면서 상기 제2 모터/제너레이터에 고정 연결되거나, 상기 제1 모터/제너레이터에 고정 연결됨과 동시에 변속기 하우징에 선택적으로 연결되거나, 변속기 하우징에만 선택적으로 연결되는 복수의 축;
축과 축을 선택적으로 연결하는 3개의 클러치; 및
축과 변속기 하우징을 선택적으로 연결하는 2개의 브레이크;
을 포함하는 하이브리드 차량용 동력전달장치. - 제10항에 있어서,
상기 복수의 축은
상기 제4 회전요소와 상기 제5 회전요소와 고정 연결되는 제4축;
상기 제1 회전요소와 상기 제1 모터/제너레이터와 고정 연결되고, 변속기 하우징에 선택적으로 연결되는 제5축; 및
상기 제7 회전요소와 고정 연결되고, 변속기 하우징에 선택적으로 연결되는 제6축을 포함하고,
상기 제3축과 상기 제4축은 선택적으로 연결되는 하이브리드 차량의 동력전달장치. - 제10항에 있어서,
상기 3개의 클러치는
상기 엔진 출력축과 상기 제1축 사이에 구성되는 제1 클러치;
상기 엔진 출력축과 상기 제2축 사이에 구성되는 제2 클러치; 및
상기 제3축과 상기 제4축 사이에 구성되는 제3 클러치로 이루어지고,
상기 2개의 브레이크는
상기 제5축과 변속기 하우징 사이에 구성되는 제1 브레이크; 및
상기 제6축과 변속기 하우징 사이에 구성되는 제2 브레이크로 이루어지는 하이브리드 차량용 동력전달장치. - 제10항에 있어서,
상기 복합 유성기어세트는 싱글 피니언 유성기어세트로 이루어지는 제1 유성기어세트와 더블 피니언 유성기어세트로 이루어지는 제2 유성기어세트의 조합에 의하여 상기 제1, 제2, 제3, 제4 회전요소가 제1 선기어, 제2 선기어, 공유 유성캐리어, 공유 링기어로 이루어지고,
상기 제3 유성기어세트는 싱글 피니언 유성기어세트로서, 제5, 제6, 제7 회전요소가 제3 선기어, 제3 유성캐리어, 제3 링기어로 이루어지는 하이브리드 차량용 동력전달장치. - 제10항에 있어서,
상기 엔진 출력축은
변속기 하우징과의 사이에 원웨이 클러치가 구성되어 일방향으로 회전이 제한되는 하이브리드 차량용 동력전달장치. - 제10항에 있어서,
상기 제1축은
