Claims (16)
- 텅스텐 화합물과, 인과 지르코늄을 포함하는 부정형의 화합물과의 혼합물을 반응 전구체로 하여, 상기 반응 전구체를 소성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인산텅스텐산지르코늄의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
반응 전구체는, 적어도 950∼1150cm-1에 적외선 흡수 피크를 갖고, 이 범위에서의 적외선 흡수 피크의 극대치가 1030(±20)cm-1에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 인산텅스텐산지르코늄의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
반응 전구체는, 텅스텐 화합물을 포함하는 슬러리를 조제하는 제 1 공정, 이어서 상기 슬러리에 인산과, 수산화지르코늄 및 탄산지르코늄으로부터 선택되는 지르코늄 화합물을 첨가하는 제 2 공정, 이어서 제 2 공정 후의 슬러리를 전량 건조하는 제 3 공정을 실시하여 얻어지는 것인 것을 특징으로 하는 인산텅스텐산지르코늄의 제조 방법. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
제 1 공정은, 텅스텐 화합물을 포함하는 슬러리를 미디어 밀로 습식 분쇄 처리하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인산텅스텐산지르코늄의 제조 방법. - 제 3 항 또는 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
