Claims (19)
- 수지 입자와,
상기 수지 입자보다 상대적으로 작은 복수의 백금 입자를 구비하고,
복수의 상기 백금 입자가 상기 수지 입자에 고정화되어 있는 수지-백금 복합체. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 백금 입자 중 적어도 일부의 입자가 상기 수지 입자의 표층부에 있어서 3차원적으로 분포되어 있는 수지-백금 복합체. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
복수의 상기 백금 입자의 60wt%~100wt%가 상기 표층부에 존재하는 수지-백금 복합체. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 백금 입자는 상기 수지 입자의 지름 방향으로 서로 겹치는 일 없이 상기 수지 입자의 표면에 고정되어 있는 수지-백금 복합체. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 백금 입자의 평균 입자 지름이 1~80㎚의 범위 내인 수지-백금 복합체. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
평균 입자 지름이 50~1000㎚의 범위 내인 수지-백금 복합체. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 백금 입자의 평균 입자 지름이 1~50㎚의 범위 내인 수지-백금 복합체. - 제 1 항에 있어서,

상기 수지-백금 복합체의 표면에 항원 또는 항체를 흡착시켜 사용하는 것인 표지 물질. - 제 13 항에 기재된 표지 물질을 사용하는 면역학적 측정법.
- 제 1 항에 기재된 수지-백금 복합체를 구비한 면역학적 측정용 시약.
- 시료 중에 포함되는 분석물을 검출 또는 정량하는 분석물의 측정 방법으로서,
멤브레인 및 상기 멤브레인에 상기 분석물이 특이적으로 결합하는 포착 리간드가 고정되어 이루어지는 판정부를 포함하는 래터럴 플로우형 크로마토용 테스트 스트립을 사용하여 하기 공정(I)~(III)을 포함하는 공정을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분석물의 측정 방법.
공정(I): 시료에 포함되는 상기 분석물과, 상기 분석물에 특이적으로 결합하는 항체를 제 1 항에 기재된 수지-백금 복합체로 표지한 표지 항체를 접촉시키는 공정,
공정(II): 상기 판정부에서 공정(I)에 있어서 형성된 분석물과 표지 항체를 포함하는 복합체를 포착 리간드에 접촉시키는 공정,
공정(III): 상기 수지-백금 복합체의 국재형 표면 플라즈몬 공명 및 전자 천이에 의한 광 에너지 흡수로부터 유래되는 발색 강도를 측정하는 공정 - 래터럴 플로우형 크로마토용 테스트 스트립을 사용하여 시료 중에 포함되는 분석물을 검출 또는 정량하기 위한 분석물 측정용 키트로서,
멤브레인 및 상기 멤브레인에 상기 분석물과 특이적으로 결합하는 포착 리간드가 고정되어 이루어지는 판정부를 포함하는 래터럴 플로우형 크로마토용 테스트 스트립과,
상기 분석물에 특이적으로 결합하는 항체를 제 1 항에 기재된 수지-백금 복합체로 표지한 표지 항체를 포함하는 검출 시약을 포함하는 분석물을 검출 또는 정량하기 위한 분석물 측정용 키트. - 시료 중에 포함되는 분석물을 검출 또는 정량하기 위한 래터럴 플로우형 크로마토용 테스트 스트립으로서,
멤브레인과,
상기 멤브레인에 상기 시료가 전개하는 방향에 있어서 상기 분석물과 특이적으로 결합하는 포착 리간드가 고정되어 이루어지는 판정부와,
상기 판정부보다 상류측에 상기 분석물에 특이적으로 결합하는 항체를 제 1 항에 기재된 수지-백금 복합체로 표지한 표지 항체가 포함되는 반응부를 포함하는 래터럴 플로우형 크로마토용 테스트 스트립.
